I have tried several other VPN and this one simply does not work. I purchased it because it says 30-day money back guarantees(they put it in a vey obvious position in the front page)so I thought I could try it anyway. However, that only works for the 360day plan which is inside the very long user agreement and you won’t find it unless you read every sentence of it. So it plays tricks on you. Their VPN connection might be good, as I found many positive reviews, but just doesn’t work for me. And I cannot get the money back though I did not get any service. They did provide engineer service to ask to to do many test for them. I just don’t want to waste time to do trouble shooting for the bad service. I suggest anyone who wants to buy the service just to be very cautious and prepared for the very bad customer service. I won’t touch this app forever.

I downloaded Malus hoping it would help speed up or at least stabilize my Baidu Pan downloads, but this VPN is an absolute joke. It does nothing—zero effect. The connection is slow, unreliable, and half the time it doesn’t even seem to work. I tested it side-by-side with no VPN at all, and there was literally no difference in download speeds or access. Waste of time and money. Don’t bother with this trash app if you’re expecting it to do anything useful for Baidu Pan or anything else.

新的UI设计非常有问题，一度找不到影音加速在哪里打开。大多数的user都是影音加速，而影音切换线路现在非常麻烦。 原本的UI简洁明了，现在新的UI复杂化了加速流程,把影音加速作为一个“应用”特别奇怪，设计师完全没有考虑用户的思维。 The new UI has very bad user experience in terms of setting up the video streaming proxy. I had to find the video proxy as an “app” in the list which doesn’t make any sense. It’s also very difficult to switch between different modes now, please revert back to the old design.
