GROUP WORKOUTS, COURSES, WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS The trainers plan and manage the courses on their own and design them according to their own individual training philosophy. From “bodypump group workouts” in the park to “mindfulness workshops” via livestream, you will find everything that supports you to live a healthy and happy life. You won't find these special training anywhere else. PERSONAL TRAINING If you prefer individual support, you can also send a personal training request to any trainer. Our certified and vetted coaches will specifically adapt to your needs and help you achieve your desired weight, reduce your stress level or prepare for an Ironman. You can even bring up to three friends to each private session and share the price. HOW IT WORKS - First, choose between a group workout or a personal training and decide if you want to train online via livestream or in person - Use the filter options and filter by time, location and type of training - After a completed session, you can leave a rating and add the coach to your favorites, so you can immediately book again - Invite your friends and experience an unforgettable workout together _______________ FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING You only pay for booked and completed sessions. We offer four different price categories that depend on the qualifications and experience of the coach: - Junior Coach (30 € per unit): Junior coaches have several years of experience as athletes or yogis and just started their coaching career. They are your perfect partner to help you set up a basic training program. - Senior Coach (€ 45 per unit): Seniors start with several years of experience as coaches and have an official training license. They are your ideal partner to work on your goals and the correct technical execution of the exercises. - Pro Coach (€ 65 per unit): Pro trainers have several years of professional experience. They come with an official license and several add-on qualifications. You can work on specific problem areas or injuries with them. - Star Coach (€ 95 per unit): Stars have gained multiple years of experience and stand out due to their special knowledge and performance. Many top athletes and celebrities work with them to reach their goals. * You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the training starts.
