How to fix The FA Player app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the The FA Player app on iPhone
Update The FA Player app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall The FA Player iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix The FA Player on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve The FA Player network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix The FA Player not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the The FA Player App
1. On android, goto Settings » The FA Player » click [Force Stop]

Update The FA Player to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear The FA Player App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The FA Player » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The FA Player.

Fix The FA Player unable to contact server/ The FA Player internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The FA Player » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The FA Player » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch The FA Player
