Inexperienced teachers assign some students the wrong level, and then they get stressed that they are not progressing. When I got sick, Novakid took 200 dollars from my account. I was shocked. Some students took lessons from the car, the coffee shop, and the street. Not a serious institution. Teachers are given certificates to show they are qualified to teach. Then they are downrated to be paid less by the company. I was paid 3 dollars and then 2.85 for not performing well, while they still have me to teach 18 lessons from Monday to Sunday.
