I have been contacting them about my account suspected with some fraud activity since August and I requested to erase my personal information and close out the account, And I asked could I start my account over so I can send my unemployment to account ...the person on the other end took my new number and I gave my email again then she said okay the security team will get this information but they may not contact you with this information ..???? What do you mean, then how will I hear from them for help I asked her, ..I'm sorry I can not give out any more information to you ????. Uh she left me completely clueless. An I then called back the next day to just close out my account again and they gave me the rat race going back in forth into the phone calls disconnected ...

Disappointed in the ability to protect and resolve fraud

I’m not very happy right now. Yesterday my account was Wiped out. Today I’m still broke. I can’t take care of other bills, medical needs, etc. INDI can’t tell me squat and say I have to wait Ten days at a min. That’s fine with me but who will tell my landlords, my body/medications ratio, my credit agencies/ oh and my families stomachs? Shall I let the kids know they won’t be eating for 10 ten days minimum… or do you guys do that? And please do not respond to this as if you’re going to help and so everyone can see it. I’ve already asked you. And. Have not been given a rational answer You just canceled a card that Wasn’t missing or stolenz some apparently Made one of their cards! And they can not tell the difference??? Omg is just insane sounding !!!!!! A simple uuid could fix that. !

So after hours of phone calls I get a response saying they have no way of telling me where my money went all I asked for was where they blame the other bank which never received it I just want to know where the hell my $2000 went they give you generalized answers and no solving of the issue it’s been a week already with my money no where to be found the app does not give you the I formation needed to verify account and routing numbers of an ach transfer and apparently they can’t tell you where they sent it either smh so who is responsible for my money if no one has it but I initiated the transfer two out of four deposits went thru help Mindy Williams Amy’s spot llc

Stay away...

Virtually impossible to maintain detailed accounting. Not all transactions reflected in app (according to customer service). No real way to verify what they claim. Horrible customer service. Impossible to export transaction details and it takes months, along with several phone calls to gain access to statements plus a $2 fee per statement (their website states the first statement request is free- not the case). No cash back rewards. Absolutely not ideal for any business nor freelancer, especially when it comes to providing financial statements. The only feature indi has going for it is the debit card design. Try Novo instead.
