Sometimes it works sometimes it don’t .. and didn’t like that each camera needed it’s own subscription . And the way it’s set up , the only logical package for each cam is the unlimited, even with cam set on the longest amount of intervals being 5 minutes apart , you will still run out of pics in a few days . And right now I just want to see bucks . And when they are chasing doe , you get a doe pic and the bucks pass by before the 5 minutes and u never see it . I just don’t like the way it’s set up and don’t think it’s worth it for me personally.

I have the SD card reader. It is so user unfriendly. Each time I use it I feel like slitting my wrists. The old app worked so much better. You can’t select photos or files to delete. Each time you open a photo and go back to viewing all the photos it takes you all the way back to the beginning. It crashes all the time and stops loading photos randomly. When you have thousands of photos to view it’s just a hair above useless. I hate that it starts with the newest photo instead of oldest like the old app. I just paid $40+ for the reader. I have two readers because the old app was acting up and thought it was my reader going bad.

I have an insight cell camera that will not connect to my phone. I have called multiple times and nobody ever calls me back even when I was told a supervisor would the same day. I have sent an email to tech support and received no answer. There is absolutely nothing online to help trouble shoot the problem and when I call I can’t even get a real person anymore because they have put my number on a list for a call back but it’s been over 3 weeks and I still have heard nothing. It is pointless to buy their products if they don’t work and you can’t get any help.

Contac support # doesn’t work just hang up on you after saying push any key to re here the options wich it gives none and hangs up 2nd lost photos to camera an all connection app won’t even register the camera anymore an again no response threw email an phone number doesn’t work 3rd it doesn’t even send the photos to my app when I select after each photo it will just out of no where send me the photos weeks later for the 1 that does actually work but still again not properly plz buy your cameras back from me bc it was waste of 400$ just for 1 of 4 cameras to be slightly usable with app

I turned both my cameras off and HuntSmart still said they had full battery life and full cell signal. Like it doesn’t recognize camera being active or not. Now they’re set up in the woods an hour from my house, on and working when I left, and they’re not sending me photos but I can’t tell if the cameras are even working and connected because this stupid app doesn’t even say if the camera is on or not. The simplest function ever. JUST TELL ME IF THE CAMERA IS ON! And let me snap a Live Photo to make sure it’s working. Such simple features. It says my cams have excellent full bars service but it’s never even given me less then full bars. I think it’s a fake status.

I’ve had HuntSmart for a couple of days now I set up everything properly, i power my camera on and it sends me the first couple of pics then it stops sending them. When I go down to the woods and cut my camera off then cut it back on it sends them to me I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. Luckily I’m able to have it saved to the sd card, I will be returning my camera soon I guess I won’t be able to get my money back for the subscription I payed for I hope I can but my friend had the same problems with his camera that used HuntSmart, he wasn’t able to get his money back from the subscription.
I thought his camera might of been defective but I think it’s HuntSmart I really wanted this camera to work it was the first cell cam I’ve bought I’m just gonna stick with the tasco cams I’ve never had one problem out of them there only 30 bucks been using them for 2 years until now.

I'm getting tired of HuntSmart. I have Face ID set up, keep me logged in also, and know my password. Yet I'm always logged out, yet every time I try to log back in I can't. "It says password incorrect (yet my password is saved), so then I try again and get locked out of my account. When I email to the email provided via google, they say that they don't run HuntSmart . Like, what????
this app needs to figure out these issues and fix them asap. I'm going to stop my monthly service of it doesn't. If I can't ever login with ease, then they aren't getting my money for every month following. The FACE ID has NEVER worked on HuntSmart . Need to fix it. AND the bugs that doesn't keep me logged in like I selected, as well as the password issues. I can use it two or three times and then suddenly ot won't accept my saved password. We have the cameras throughout our large farm, and every time I get an alert, I open HuntSmart only to learn I can't log in and see what set off the camera.

I’ve been using this HuntSmart for a year now and I have had consistent issues. The first problem is a constant error message every single time I click on cameras to view photos. I will sometimes sometimes have the photos load properly and still receive the error message. Other times I will receive an error message and have to refresh the page a couple of times for the photos to load.

The second issue I ran into with HuntSmart was when I wanted to cancel my monthly subscription. For some reason HuntSmart works quick and flawlessly when trying to subscribe for a plan to give the company money. However, when you want to cancel your subscription HuntSmart inconveniently does not work. Even though they have a button in HuntSmart for this function. I had to try calling the company first and then send an email to cancel my subscription.

The camera works very well. The support group gives you great support on maximizing battery life. This whole operation falls way short with the application for your device.
If you do a password reset you get an account locked error.
It constantly forgets your login or the ability to use facial recognition.
If you pay for the gold package for the scoring and other features I have yet to see it work or guidance on how it works.
Overall the cameras are fine, but with these pay to use cameras HuntSmart what set them apart. 1 star for HuntSmart and 4 for the camera.

The camera has good battery life the monthly cost is good and the picture quality is good but the camera does not always get the picture and sometimes takes hours for it to transmit or notify. I was siting in one of my tree stands one afternoon when a doe and two fawns walked through my food plot. The three deer were no more than 20 yards from the camera and I got 1 picture of the tail end of one of the fawns. The camera did not send the picture until about 8:30pm. (FYI I will not shoot a doe if it has fawns with it.)I wonder about other opportunities that have been missed as well. At other times it gets pictures from more than 30 yards. So I will continue to use the camera but will be skeptical of what else might be out there.

HuntSmart is something you’d expect from a free service. However I pay for premium services and it leaves a bit to be desired. Crashes aren’t super common, but do happen from time to time. Photos won’t usually auto load - a manual refresh usually does the trick. Logs me out, constantly. Photos are slow to load when swiping. Also a photo preview when you get the notification would be nice as well. Otherwise, you can view the photos and receive them about 3-8 minutes after the camera triggers.

Wildgame has a problem with the camera download speed is so slow, from the time it takes a picture till the time it shows on my phone is usually 15 to 20 min. My Moultrie is almost instantly. Now, I have more Wildgame than Moultrie’s because the 3 month free program and after that 120 a year is a lot cheaper Moultrie for the same results. Last year the customer service was terrible, I have literally waited over an hour and a half for someone to pick up. But, I will say, once I got a hold of someone they fixed the problem fast.

This is the third brand of cellular game camera I have tried.

To start the review I would like to say that the camera is awesome. With the choice of carriers you are able to get signal anywhere(major plus, at my lease we have tried all different methods to get a signal on other cameras; extended antennas, boosters, etc). The camera photo quality is superb day or night. I like the option of being able to add color to you night photos.
The only reason the review is 4/5 is because of HuntSmart . I have it set to use Face ID and save my login but every time I close HuntSmart I have to manually log back in. It just won’t keep me logged in. With the option to use Face ID I would assume it would auto log me in like other apps?

I honestly do not have a complaint about the service. The Wildgame innovations Encounter camera that I have is another story. It works fine as far as taking pictures goes. The signal issues I have are my problem. Actually it’s their non existent customer service. Absolutely cannot get help from WGI. For that reason I will not be purchasing any WGI in the future. I will consider other cameras that use HuntSmart based on its performance.

I have had 3 cameras for a month on some scrapes and high deer traffic areas and I love them! I get pictures with in 2 minutes of capture easily set up, good signal I have it set on each detection and one cam has a little over 500 pictures and is still at full battery life . Good quality photos, I actually was able to pattern a mature 140in class buck and was able to harvest it opening morning of rifle season. I can also see if the deer moved all night and predict when they will move again. Just an absolute advantage to hunting all around great buy!!

Cell cams can get very expensive, i bought two from Walmart at a lower price than all of the two packs available. They work very well, and found service in an area that my phone will not work. All pictures don’t come through immediately, i have 4 time a day setting, and pictures will show up later after initial upload, but I’m fine with that. These work great if you’re looking for an affordable cell cam, with reasonable monthly subscription packages.

I read many reviews for many different trail cams before buying this one. It seems for every good review there’s a bad one so it gets hard to ever know what to trust. I can only speak for me but I haven’t had an ounce of trouble out of this thing. We got two months til rifle season and I’m already tracking 3 bucks. This is why I got it and it’s doing exactly that. Would highly recommend! In fact, I’m about to get a couple more if I can swing it and set them all up together.

After my son talking me into giving these a try I can not be happier. It hasn’t went down one time for updates during the rut as I was experiencing from muddy. These cameras do not go through batteries like them as well. On one set of batteries I get around 4,000 pictures sent. Requesting HQ pictures are a whole lot easier. Click on picture then slide finger from bottom to top of screen. Will definitely be changing everything over to theses cameras

Use these cameras all last year being wild game I was unsure what to expect with the quality but I will tell you right now that these cameras surpass some of the better cameras that I have with very clear photos awesome trigger speed, and they seem to not miss a picture. I am very pleased with them. You can’t beat them at this price point and I run 100 cell cams a year. A lot of different brands in these hold their own

I used 3 different cameras (brands) this season and this one has worked the best by far. I’ve had zero issues with the camera and HuntSmart (photo submissions). Everything comes through and the camera picks up signals where the others won’t. In my experience, the this app app/camera has been the best for the money.
