Updated WynnResorts today. Now, the My Account section won’t open. The account page goes grey, I get the spinning icon and WynnResorts freezes! I’ve forced closed WynnResorts many times, but the prob keeps repeating. And when I first opened WynnResorts after updating to the newest version, I got a weird pop up that says “Payment cards and passes in Wallet will not work automatically when Wynn app is open.” WTH! I stay at the Wynn four or more times a year. I have stays scheduled for early September and November. I need WynnResorts to work! FIX IT NOW!!!!!
My goodness, this is the worst hotel app ever. No screen advances. Can’t pull reservations. After ID me verification, screen stays blank. What’s worse is that we can’t do this on the website and are forced to come to this dead end off a website.
Just keeps loading if to try to go anywhere other than the home page..
Both my devices are running the latest IOS version and definitely not jailbroken. App quits right after start with that message.
It’s just frozen on the main screen. Can’t click anywhere to refresh or change screens or anything. How disappointing.
WynnResorts crashes a lot, and loading screens take a long time. If you leave WynnResorts for just a second it resets everything which wastes a ton of time
Worked fine months ago, but same as another said, stuck on main screen with loading wheel (dimmed background).
Nothing works. Clicking anything generates a grey screen or endless spinning wheel. Doesn’t recognize hotel confirmation or process ID verification. I’ve deleted and reinstalled WynnResorts several times. For a top tier hotel, the phone app is absolute trash.
When I’m trying to login by using Face ID for my I Phone and somehow it kept being bugged by error … please fix this thank you.
App crashes when trying to open. I restarted my phone and reinstalled WynnResorts and still not able to start up. Customer support should do a better job and respond to the latest negative reviews.
App not loading after bug fix update 2 days ago. Tried other method to report issue but it just takes you to WynnResorts . It’s trying to load but it just apina.
WynnResorts does NOT let you check into the Vegas Wynn. It does NOT give you a digital room key. It does NOT get you into parking. It basically does nothing useful. Instead you still have to wait in line to check in which took me over an hour and half because this hotel doesn’t have working kiosks and the front desk is woefully understaffed.
What is going on with app? Too often it freezes and I have had to delete/reinstall to get it to open.
VERY frustrating
My company email ends in .capital, however regardless of the validity of this web extension (as is .com, .net, .org) WynnResorts thinks this is not a valid email extension. It seems portions of WynnResorts is stuck in the old days.
Booked a stay and WynnResorts cannot find my reservations with my last name and confirmation number. What’s the point of downloading? Lol

This is my 5th time having to delete WynnResorts and then reinstall in the last 7 months because my app keeps freezing up and I can’t open it. Getting a little frustrating at this point.
The Wynn Resorts Mobile App is very user friendly and easy to navigate. There are lots of good features that allow you to book room, dining and other reservations, view dining, bars spa and salon menus, view loyalty rewards account details, view resort map for navigation, etc. A five-star app by the 5-star Wynn Resorts!

Hi guys. I had the same problem with the endless Spinning wheel as WynnResorts wouldn't load. I just deleted WynnResorts and reinstalled it and everything works perfect now
So just delete and redownload WynnResorts and you'll be good to go!
