Close and restart the Weyak app on iPhone
Update Weyak app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Weyak iPhone app

Fix Weyak on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Weyak network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Weyak app issues:

Force Stop the Weyak App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Weyak app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Weyak to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Weyak App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Weyak app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Weyak.

Fix Weyak unable to contact server/ Weyak internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Weyak » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Weyak » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Weyak on android.
