The content and approach are top notch. The daily class is fantastic for improvement all over the body.
However, StretchMode and technology are clunky. Three areas that can be improved. (1) Daily class does not refresh without killing and restarting StretchMode . (2) Assessment doesn’t feed into recommendations. The volume of available exercises, classes, routines, and programs is overwhelming. (3) Please add duration to the About the Class metrics. It would be helpful to know the time commitment before starting the video.
I’ve been a subscriber for 6 months, mostly doing just the daily flows. I recently got a strange tightness in the muscle below the knee (overdid it in strength training). I discovered the filter button and have been creating my own daily flows tailored to address my particular muscle issue - had to google and poke around to figure out the name of the exact muscle. And it’s working. After a few days of that it basically feels normal. StretchMode is very powerful because whatever little niggle you have, which I think of as pre-injuries, you can deal with it yourself. A month of StretchMode is less than one PT copay, and good luck getting insurance to pay for PT anyway! A year of StretchMode is less than one out of pocket PT visit lol. So worth it!
Last year I was on the hunt for a regiment to help me relieve pain and enhance my performance after a workplace injury, movement vault has by far been my biggest ally. Dr. Grayson creates amazing exercises to unlock your full body’s potential and he sure has helped me. I have been a user for about a year and am so excited they launched this sleek app. I cant wait to break this out at the gym and continue my journey with MV.
I’ve been using Movement Vault 4-6 times/week for the last 2 1/2 years. It’s has been a game changer for me. I’ve been able to remain injury free in the gym, my movement patterns and mobility has improved dramatically and it’s has allowed me to effectively manage a herniated disc without medication, injections or surgery!!
I’d highly recommend StretchMode!
I’ve been struggling with sciatica and mommy’s wrist for a couple of years after having my son. I’ve tried cortisone shots, chiropractic adjustments and neither helped. I started doing stretches and exercises recommended here and feel substantial difference after just a month. I feel that using this tool is a long term solution versus a bandaid for any and all injuries.
As someone who runs and works at a desk, this really works. StretchMode is not as flashy or as well designed as competitors. It has occasional janks. But it's good enough, and the quality of the instruction and guidance is the best out there by far. Highly encourage you to try it out - you will quickly feel the difference between the active stretching here vs passive stretching elsewhere.
This is a fantastic app, appropriately priced IMHO. Every time I get done with a session my body and joints feel so much better. The only thing I regret is not doing it more often. I’ll be the first to admit I prioritize my metcons, but honestly, as I’ve gotten older (37M) mobility is going to have to be priority. These classes are always quick and to the point. Love it!
StretchMode is very convenient for me to workout at home, considering I try to complete multiple tasks in a day. With that being stated, I need something like this to help me move my muscles and remain flexible. I am just getting started, but I must admit that I am excited to show my friends and family my results and introduce them to my new resource for my body.
Fantastic App. I’m so glad these innovative young leaders have developed such a necessary and effective process that allows for a steady relief to pain, and an increase in flexibility and mobility. StretchMode has been very useful to my service related back, shoulder and knee injuries. Thank you to all who have created this, and I highly reccomend this program to everyone who needs to relieve pain and/or gain flexibility back.
My husband and I have been using StretchMode to improve our flexibility, eliminate pain, and reduce stress and boy is it working!
I have been wanting to improve my flexibility for a while but more importantly my husband is a retired veteran who suffers from an injury that happened during his time serving. He has gone to physical therapy, chiropractors, many doctor’s appointments, and StretchMode has been the most helpful through it all!!!
Not only has our flexibility improved but my husband is so loose after doing the daily class that he’s no longer in pain constantly, throughout the day!
Incorporating these classes and stretches into your day will improve your flexibility but will also improve your mental health and stress levels !!!
So I used StretchMode a few times but never because it was necessary. Until I got a shoulder and neck injury. StretchMode and it’s guided sessions helped me recover. I felt so good I stopped stretching buttttt I have to start up again because I’m back to being stiff. And I’m ngl, I was skeptical at first because I know nothing about stretching but the instructors give great detail and the videos are also a plus. So I said all that to say if you’re on the fence about downloading StretchMode… just do it and if you’re able to go premium, do it. The features that are available are awesome and so worth it. Most frustrating app I use. Great content is worthless if the videos will not play. Is there a way to separate downloaded content from steaming content?
Update: The team reached out to me, identified a problem with some iPad Pros, and fixed the problem. App is now working great and I have no problem accessing all the great content. Many thanks.
I’ve had two surgeries on my right wrist since 2021, and still had issues with bending or putting pressure on it.
I am just a few weeks into the hypermobility program and feeling better than I have in years.
I love that there are separate classes specific to wrist movement too, which are so convenient to do on their own, but also amazing in combination with the hypermobility program.

Movement Vault is a very efficient and effective way to take better care of yourself, improve mobility and prevent pain and injury. My wife and I are weekend warriors that love sports and working out. We do a Movement Vault class together every evening after dinner. With Dr Grayson’s programs we are finding areas that we have been neglecting when working out on our own. After completing a class we can really feel the difference in our movement and it’s carrying over into our sports performance.
I’ve been using Movement Vault every day for the past 3 months and have seen more improvement in my mobility than years of yoga, Pilates, massage roller, and massage gun. As a 62 year old man and lifelong athlete, I now more mobility than at any other time in my adult life. The videos are done really well and are very clear. I like having access to the library of exercises and classes so I can go back and focus on certain body parts. StretchMode is well worth the subscription!
I think StretchMode is extremely helpful and detailed. Not just how to stretch but attention to form is invaluable. A few years ago Grayson helped me prep for a total shoulder replacement. Not only specific stretches but how to breathe correctly while stretching. I had bone on bone and after one session with that knowledge i was able to raise my arm ( while prone ) from the floor 180 degrees to extended up and beyond to the floor past my head. I have no doubt that his help allowed for the best surgical outcome and will always be great full .

Movement vault is the best stretching and recovery program out there because it combines myofascial release (self-massage) with active stretching / range of motion, and muscular activation. Other programs focus only on one of these, but you actually need all 3 to be effective and actually see long-term changes. The routines pack a punch. They’re effective and efficient, they cover all the bases in a short 15ish minutes, each routine focuses on a different body part. I’ve been following them for years and highly recommend.
As a 58 year old runner who was accustomed to a new injury every few weeks, I can attest that Movement Vault is THE answer to consistently running injury and pain free. 15-20 min a day 5 or 6 days a week and you are good to go. Sure you’ll still get the tweaks when you are logging miles but in my experience they don’t evolve into full-blown gotta-take-a-week-off injuries. Movement Vault builds resilience, strength, flexibility, confidence. You’ll never “stretch” the same way again. And that’s a good thing. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to reach their full potential without being laid up time and again!

This is the best app I have ever used and look forward to the workouts. I am 52, have chronic muscle pain from hyper mobility and am not very physically fit. This is the only program that has quickly targeted areas that I have had poor mobility and pain for years. I now hurt less and have been able to increase my exercise regimen without pain. Workouts are less than 20 min and challenging, so I am more likely to follow through. My daughter is a dancer and has also used StretchMode with great results for hip opening and flexibility and she regularly sees a PT and has had equally, if not better, results with Movement Vault.
I’ve recently started playing pickleball and for the first 3-4 months I was fine. A little over a week ago my knees developed pretty severe pain so I started the Knee Pain Program & they’re already starting to feel better after the first week of the 8-week program. StretchMode prevents so many injuries & saves money on other costly treatments.
