How to fix PMIS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PMIS app on iPhone
Update PMIS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PMIS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PMIS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PMIS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PMIS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PMIS app issues:

Force Stop the PMIS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PMIS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PMIS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PMIS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PMIS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PMIS.

Fix PMIS unable to contact server/ PMIS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PMIS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PMIS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PMIS on android.
