This app CRASHES and appears to turn itself on. I have released it from my startup menu and also released the automatically startup from within the app. It still crashes.

How to fix 8x8 Meet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 8x8 Meet app on iPhone
Update 8x8 Meet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 8x8 Meet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 8x8 Meet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 8x8 Meet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

8x8 Meet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 8x8 Meet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 8x8 Meet App
1. On android, goto Settings » 8x8 Meet » click [Force Stop]

Update 8x8 Meet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 8x8 Meet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 8x8 Meet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 8x8 Meet.

Fix 8x8 Meet unable to contact server/ 8x8 Meet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 8x8 Meet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 8x8 Meet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 8x8 Meet
