I got this app to watch the games. It’s never live and score isn’t real time.
Errores en el scoring individual (torneo Little Lads)

El personal de la mesa se preocupa por el score total, pero no así por el score individual de los jugadores. Los errores en la toma de puntos individual es recurrente y cuando se termina el juego y se quiere corroborar con la mesa pq se está consciente de q se equivocan con frecuencia se niegan a hacerlo. El personal de mesa se queja q es el mismo día del juego q le explican la plataforma y desconocen cómo manejarla aceptando su desconocimiento de la misma.
Se procede notificarle al director del torneo Little Lads (Sr. Maldonado) sobre los errores recurrentes con el score individual, se siguen sus recomendaciones de q el estadístico del equipo vaya a mesa al final del juego, pero de nada vale pq cuando se hace el personal dice desconocer cómo arreglar los errores cometidos aún con la evidencia en mano.
Así q pagas por una plataforma llena de errores y peor aún sin disposición alguna de parte de los encargados de enmendar los errores aún presentándole la evidencia en el momento. Recomendación final: necesitan ser precisos en el score individual pq es una plataforma por la q se paga así q la expectativa del consumidor es encontrar los scores correctos como mínimo.
