When I first started using AthomeCameraPro, it wasn’t that great but it was good. To be a free app, there’s limitations. So I purchase the “UPGRADE” for ONE YEAR which cost me almost $30 and it eliminated the ads and also it gave me the multi cameras. Everything was well, every other day could have a disconnection but could be fix nonetheless. When AthomeCameraPro gave me the option to upgrade to the “AtHomePRO” everything started to go wrong!!! I all of the sudden stopped working. I didn’t have the “so call” features I supposedly had to have. Long short story, I got in contact with the worthless “customer service support” and they could not answer my main question, which is why they stopped my features?? I even sent them the receipt from Apple proving that I purchase there iCloud services and other features. Never got an answer. They only answer me with things that can be found in their website Q&A. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed. They seem to be somewhere in Asia, you may know what to expect from these people!! Is better to look elsewhere like Alfred or Anything’s. They sure help you out and CARE about you. SAFE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!

I paid for cloud service and I still can’t use the features…keeps saying I need to upgrade… AthomeCameraPro is probably stealing our information and trying to see what they can see in our home. I don’t trust it…requesting a refund.

The latest app update v-5.1.0 moved access to motion triggered video and defaults to a time line bar video. Update (in app purchase) to allow high definition and other options does not work. Contacting the developer via the website results in no response. Perhaps because this is a Chinese developer and the numerous lockdowns occurring in China now, however this has been a ongoing issue for years, the program has not respond to upgraded resolution most of the time.

There are so many different things that you can pay to use that it gets confusing, like I paid 2 bucks for a pro version I thought, and some stuff still not available, like simple things like higher resolution, and I paid 10 bucks thinking that would unlock it but that just gives you more storage space and with 128 Gb on my phone I don’t need that either! Uhhh so frustrating

I used to never have issues with these apps and now they won’t even work. It’ll show my camera for 5 seconds then it will say my “request failed” and now I can’t even get in! I downloaded their new app that replaced the original at home camera and I can’t even log in. Super disappointed.

When ever I check AthomeCameraPro , at least 99% of the time it says “camera offline”. Initially when you start AthomeCameraPro you can use its features, but at some point it gets kicked offline. That problem alone renders it useless for surveillance. You have to physically restart AthomeCameraPro to bring it back online, that needs to be addressed because your usually not home when you want to check it.

I have used the free version of AthomeCameraPro for several years with very few problems until a few days ago. Now I bring up a cam view it stays up 5-10 maybe 15mins max then says I need to buy service. Now I’m looking for new app to use and if I have to pay it sure won’t be on AthomeCameraPro that’s for sure.

The camera will be connected at home but my app says it’s offline. Nothing will fix it. Eventually it will connect for a period of time. Trying to view the timeline just shows a black screen most of the time. I’m just gonna order cameras this weekend.

Night vision is trash. Constantly drops from the WiFi. Paying for each camera is way over the top for the quality of product.

Started out working great then you get a bunch of advertisements and then you can no longer log into your Camera you set up. And I had a tough time deleted and reinstalled it, so I just said what the heck I’m done with it.

AthomeCameraPro used to work just fine, but it’s bot working properly with the new iOS update 16, voice is coming out from speaker or iphone mini speaker , it is not recognize any headphones or airpods or anything attached to the iphone its just working only now on speaker which is annoying and need to be fixed ASAP

I have had AthomeCameraPro since the IPhone 5 - many years. It was working just fine. When I opened AthomeCameraPro recently I was directed to update AthomeCameraPro. Once I did AthomeCameraPro crashed. Now all I get is the orange Home Screen. What is going on? If I uninstall AthomeCameraPro and reinstall it works for a few minutes. It is the same on all my iOS units. Please fix AthomeCameraPro!

AthomeCameraPro was working really well for what I was using it for, so I purchased the upgrade for cloud services. However, AthomeCameraPro is not recognizing that I upgraded and allowing me to use those features. I’ve emailed the address listed under developer support twice but have not received a reply. Would give more stars if the upgrade worked.

I’ve used this for a while and love it but the store won’t allow you to purchase any cameras. You can’t click on anything

Can you please fix the black screen when trying to view timeline footage???

the recent upgrade breaks AthomeCameraPro , it doesn’t work anymore and can’t log in either. Basically it’s useless now.

Works perfect for what I needed it for. Traveling with my pup and couldn’t use my Furbo in a hotel. So installed the AtHome app on my Mac and this one on my phone. Didn’t have to pay a dime, but still works great with some ads here and there, which I don’t mind since they’re not that intrusive. Connection works even faster than my Furbo with almost instantaneous transmission of my voice to the Mac or sound from my Mac, much faster than Furbo. And it takes seconds to establish a connection, too. I didn’t realize at first that I had to get the “pro” app for the phone and was hesitant to download it thinking that I’d have to pay for it, but turned out all the basic functions work great on the basic version and the premium just gives you cloud storage. Recommended.

Best cam app made! I can talk to my kids from work and peek in and check in on them anytime I’m away ..I know it sounds corny but this is a amazing app..n no this isn’t a fake review from the creator or whoever ..I’m a 38 year old mother of 4 and it honestly is a great app (for iOS anyways )

With the freeware version AthomeCameraPro is by far the best home monitoring system. I cant attest to its security features, but it had three key things.

Longest clip size. 10 mins once you hit record. (10x longer than my number two app)

Best default resolution without subscription.

It can also record multiple cameras simultaneously.

Other cool features. Insane ability to customize the subscription for your needs. Ability to flip from front facing and rear camera. And not bombarding you in adds, which helps keep AthomeCameraPro feeling clean.

I’m sure there are some draw backs and glitches that might annoy people, but after trying all the competitors, this one went out of their way to offer a better free experience.

I really believe this is or has the potential to be one of the best security camera app but I’m not sure if the new update is causing the issues I’m facing. Even though I have paid service and a schedule time for recording, there is nothing there when I check to see the clip. I will see it in the time lapse of the day but nowhere else. Also the time lapse only recorded the first day I installed it.

Sometimes I’ll see the alert videos but when I check back they disappeared somehow. I have been using AthomeCameraPro long before they released the pro version and have tried a few others. My conclusion is, this is the best app for affordable security even at the free level.
