Traffic Puzzle Status

I can play but I can’t access any freebies during the game. Ex: the free spin just cancels out.

App loads but cannot get any buttons to work at all been like it all day. Have shut app down and iPhone also

Accidentally deleted app. Is there any way I can reload and regain my progress? I was on (about) level 179.

I played my game traffic puzzle earlier in the day, then did other things on my iPad. Later at night I tried to play traffic puzzle and all I get is the game logo, a white screen and it shows that it is trying to load. I waited until this morning thinking that being off all night and plugged in would do it but it didn’t. Still not working. Can you give me any help on this. I was all the way up to level 1224.
