This insurance is ok but the way Just tracks miles is a bit annoying so before there was an option to click a “start tracking” button for when you drive so Just can track your miles but now that has been discontinued in Just so the only tracking is auto detect which is ok but if you are not driving be aware Just will still charge you unless you go to the setting and turn off auto track which is annoying since you have to do that every time you are not driving. I’ve also had a problem where I had the option turned off not knowing it was the only way to track miles I was waiting for my odometer photo to verify which took over 24hrs and only after I called they told me I had the auto track option off and the miles I drove within the 24hrs of me not knowing I had the option turned off will be counted as “untracked miles” which will be overcharged for them being untracked and I was told there was nothing they could do about it a simple fix would have been to add the extra miles I drove unknowingly untracked but no I will still have to pay extra money on my next odometer photo even though I did not know about the policy change within Just . this app be careful insuring with Just because it can be tricky and any accidental mess up’s will not be fixed and you will have to deal with it.

Look at their better business bureau reviews always check with BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU before engaging in any business for customers who’ve been in a reck save your money. this insurance isn’t even legit it’s ghetto their in a office making bank off of you. For profit insurance this app pay the bill monthly not everyday I only heard about this insurance n tried it out for a little, then I went back to paying $288 a month for full coverage because I’m a good driver plus it’s better knowing I’m fully insured and covered than getting jacked around mind you paying cheap insurance will cost you financially n land you in a legal allegation possibly court the police will laugh at you paying for cheap insurance get what you pay for CANCEL your policy with JUSTINSURE today be smart only use them if you need to get tags on your car n can’t afford insurance but if you make enough money you shouldn’t be using this company $30 a day not a week a day n refilling your account that’s not worth your pockets be smarter than an average bare. Their a quick money scheming insurance company you’ve been WARNED !!!

Spoke to A few people after they literally put someone else under my policy that they were saying was “linked” to my email. Took no accountability for the inconvenience. Had to wait for a refund after there mistake. Lady who’s name I won’t mention cause I feel bad for, didn’t even know what she was saying. Talked in circles because clearly there App is under construction and has issues told me you need to go the website which I initially did that takes you to the faulty app. And after I called her out about it, all she says was there’s nothing we can do. No looking into it, no accountability, this app try Just again. The very same app that caused these issues. Smh good luck.

would not recommend they have taken more money then I have used. If you forget to submit your meter photo they charge you for 50 miles every day it’s late. AND will NOT refund it. I would not recommend this they also track your location 24/7. The reminders they send are awful and they will send them while you are working so you barley notice the notification and forget by the time you get in your car. They obviously know when you actually drive because they have your location all the time. Definitely would not renew my policy. Its really this app a scam. The customer service people are nice when I contacted them. But obviously the owners this app want to get every penny from people without forgiveness or honesty. Other people I know have said if you do get in a accident even with full coverage you won’t get any money because they are frauds. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! The only reasons to have this insurance is to not get a ticket from a cop.

I wouldn’t recommend it either unless you are have financially difficulties. It’s only good for not getting a ticket true. You called him and asked him why are they taking more money out when you know your car I have not been moved for two weeks. So they stayed in my car is been driven which I know it has not I’ve been in another state State. It even runs when you’re in the air how ridiculous does that sound OK to drive that many miles in 45 minutes on a plane. But if you broken can’t afford it it’s only thing you can use it for a lie about a lot of stuff so you get what you ask for. I’m get ready to get out of this insurance and real quick so I have to worry about it if. Advised you don’t get it it really is a scam you get in a wreck you won’t get nothing trust me.

I don’t believe half of these “good reviews” Just is this app a money hungry scam I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve had to reload money this app to drive down the street. this app a rip off I finished with a 0 dollar balance and was charged 94 dollars that was unexplainable which then was placed on my credit that I had to forcefully pay with no explanation this app disgusting. My dad was done the same way how can you charge someone when they don’t even owe you disgusting and shameful of this company this app stick to regular auto insurance this should be your very very very last resort!! Stay away from these crooks!! They’re horrible and a rip off!!

Gave this insurance a shot my first problem was that I have traditional coverage on my daily driver while I drove Just charged me for every mile I drove while the car insured by this app drive was sitting at home, the total of these trips was over 100 dollars talked to a supervisor multiple times and they denied giving credit or refunding. Second problem today is that they penalize you for not uploading pictures of your odometer every time they ask for it, I’ve been trying to upload picture but they’re app is crashing every time I open it and there is no other way to upload it. they made an update to fix this problem I downloaded the update and still the same problem called them and they this app say that my connection is bad and I’ve tried with multiple WiFis and with my phones data. After not being able to upload picture I woke up today to close to 100 dollars of penalty for not uploading picture. Save your self time and money and this app go for traditional insurance you end up paying more than double with this app insure anyways!

I don’t drive much. I work from home, groceries are delivered. I drive down the street to my mailbox, to my sisters house sometimes & sometimes to the store. The insurance pricing is reasonable, especially for someone in my situation. Doesn’t make sense to pay $200-$400 on insurance when i only drive about 5 miles per month lol.

I need one thing on Just to be improved though. For the most part, Just works well & is simple. But submitting odometer photos is difficult because the zoom on the in-app camera is practically useless. I can’t get my phone behind my steering wheel or angled right to get the pic. I have to stay on my side of the wheel & it always comes out distant, small and blurry.

iPhones have great cameras but Just is worse than the original snapchat camera. They really need to fix this. Add a tap-to-focus, exposure adjustments and a further zoom. Then I can submit photos that are clear and legible. I marked stars down because I’ve mentioned this to the team in Just who said they would forward this to development team, it’s been more than a year and it’s a very simple improvement to do.

When I found this insurance company I was so excited. I don’t drive that many miles so it’s perfect for me. It’s a new way, a better way to have legal coverage for your vehicle.
What I am wondering is …. Does anyone else feel like a Ginny pig? I had an auto policy with this app Insure for a few months and out of no where I was told they could not obtain my credit report. When I contacted the credit agencies they said there should be no problem getting your report. They doubled my daily rate and raised my per mile charge. I kept asking several times and got the same answer….we couldn’t get your credit report so your rates went up. When I started the policy no mention of needing my credit report. Why 6 months later do they suddenly need my credit report? My next 3 months they lowered the daily rate , mileage stayed the same. Now the next three months the daily rate doubles again. They say oh but your per mile charge went down. I am very frustrated with this. I fear the greed of money will destroy the best thing to happen to car insurance.
I need your help if you are a client as well of this app Insure tell me if you are going threw the same thing. Did your rates double?

After searching through countless quotes and wasting my time I’ve found this app to be pretty fair. Make sure you submit your odometer photos on time and you’ll avoid charges. I don’t drive a ton and it saves me money especially being a 24 yo male. If you drive high miles and are untimely with your phone this isn’t Just for you but if your willing to meet them half way you can get cheap super basic liability coverage which probably won’t do anything if you get hit or hit someone else besides not being charged for non insurance but hey if you get pulled over no fines!

It’s an ok device but has a few bugs that needs to be fixed. I would like to try out the in car device, because I’m paying way too much in untracked mileage. Too many errors. I work for AAA driving a separate veh and have to dispute so many miles everyday and it gets overwhelming. The charges I get are a bit extreme, so please I’ll definitely consider the trial device if you have one.

It’s cheap but there’s a saying you get what you pay for. Even though I’m paying money per month but getting nothing in return. Got into a hit-and-run accident totally not my fault. The car is in terrible condition and I expected having minimum coverage I wasn’t going to get any help but what’s bothering me is that they won’t even help by towing the car. Not a total to write me a $10,000 check a simple $100 tow. What I also don’t like is how they basically wasted four days of my time that I’m not gonna get back making a claim for me knowing the type of insurance I had. If you knew, why would you bother even making a claim giving me the hope at least something could be done about my car? All this insurance is good for is to keep you from getting a ticket from the cop that’s all.

I’ve been using this app Insurance for a good few months now; as someone who drives around 600 miles a month, their mid tier policy still rolled in less than the lowest minimum policy from my last company.

Their customer service is excellent; I had mistracked miles from an odometer reading, called their customer service line, and they reverified the miles and adjusted the charge over the phone in the span of a few minutes. The service rep, Amanda, was friendly and professional.

All in all, I would recommend the service to anyone who drives less frequently than average.

All I can say is wow. this app Insurance is such an amazing concept that I have been saving so much money monthly. As a Pay as you go Insurance, all I have to do is load up my credits, and I am good to go. I have been waiting a Looooong time for this type of technology so I don’t have to keep paying ridiculous prices with other big box insurace companies! I have all my family and friends already on it and they are wondering why there hasn’t been a company like this. If you are ready to save money and experience the future of Car Insurance... I don’t know what you are waiting for!

I’m very pleased with everything Just/company have done to remove the middle yet still can reach out for support at any time to help me navigate with Just . My only suggestion would be to add a feature that allows me to add a second vehicle. I’ve searched through, pretty much all angles of Just and don’t see and option. So I may have to call. Which is still ok. I’m glad I’m my talking to a bot. Friend people, friendly service and very affordable. Thank you this app Insurance.

Idk if I’m spelling her name right “Lupine anzaldo” but she knows her stuff like this may sound like a a paid review but she was able to answer random question an help me understand how this app insured work to help people jus needing insurance an showed it can be a life time policy as well … im not trying to be rude to anybody that has helped me in the pass but I will say to anyone that’s been here or new people ask for her …. No new comp is perfect but I believe she can be one of the people to help it be come great

Such a beautifully simplified app, does exactly what it’s suppose to do with a user friendly interface! The customer service aspect highly exceeded my expectations, so friendly, so helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and so FAST when responding to any questions,concerns, or any information I requested; with that said, I’ve only ever used the live chat option to reach customer service, I’ve never needed to speak to anyone on the phone because this app using the chat was so simple and I got all the answers I was looking for. The insurance itself is straight to the point, you don’t have to feel like they are not telling you everything you need to know, or worrying about some hidden costs/fees/or worse, finding out when you go to file a claim after an accident that you don’t have the coverage for something specific you were told you did have upon signing up for your policy. Not with this app Insure, it’s so simple, it’s AFFORDABLE, honest, and straightforward, I’m extremely happy I found them when I did, Thanks guys!

Had been getting charged for miles I do not drive with my own vehicle. The team reached out to ask if I have other vehicles since the odometer on my car does not much the miles paid. I informed that I travel with my family in other vehicles they own and they assisted me to be able to avoid farther charges and when reimbursements can be made. It is super simple to get coverage. this app sign up and add money. Right now with this app I am paying about $60 a month (was quoted $250 from a big insurance company)which is great! It does not waste battery on your phone while it is running background and is super simple to make payments. They are very straightforward about the mileage you use and the daily cost breakdown is super convenient. I drove 15miles and was charged $1.20! I'm very happy with this app insure.
