Every time you click add child info it goes to the hatch website with the parent portal and it shows the child’s pic and profile and its correct so when I go back to click add child it sends me right back. It will not progress at all or sync like it’s suppose to. Very frustrating and a such a setback.

Have tried everything to get this to load so my kid can play. Goes to where you touch the robot and the next screen says it’s loaded to 100% and nothing happens. I’ve emptied all my caches and wiped history, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone, and nothing works to resolve the issue.

As others have said, app doesn’t even start up on iPad. Works on iPhone but I would prefer it to work on the iPad because that is my son’s device. I checked compatibility and it should work. There doesn’t seem to be a fix. Reached out to customer support but no response yet...

I can’t even get started on Ignite. Ignite says add child info. When I log on to the website it directs me to, my child’s name is there so I don’t know what other information is needed. Also it won’t let me save any changes in my account.

Will not load on iPad, keeps loading than going back to the home screen. I deleted and redownloaded but still no luck. I downloaded on iPhone and app loads up

Lots of issues. Longs phone lines. No call backs. Very disappointed. Really wanted Ignite to work.

Loads then crashes. Works on iPhone but not iPad. Developers really need to fix this.

I was hoping to use Ignite for my students but it keeps crashing. The farthest I can get is to the login screen and then Ignite closes. It does this only on my android tablet however. Ignite works perfectly fine on my iPhone. I believe the Android is on a windows 8 processing system which is above the minimum needed. I just really wanted to be able to use Ignite because it seems like a great idea for students. I hope this is fixed soon.

I can’t even rate Ignite for what its worth because every time I go to open Ignite . Ignite says no network connection but that is impossible if I can watch YouTube and play other games while waiting on Ignite to open.

Downloaded Ignite on iPad mini 2. Couldn’t even load the title screen without crashing. Submitted several tickets to the developer asking for help. No response. Deleted app and had no choice but to allow my 3 and 4 year old to use Ignite on my cracked-screen iPhone.

Waited a week. It looks like there was an update. Reinstalled on iPad. Plays for a bit but then crashes again. Please fix this.

We have been using Ignite for a year and it crashes all the time. It doesn’t track the correct play time for the students. The standards are WAY higher than appropriate.

Great app when it works. School wanting to use it but it will only work on my phone but not on my child’s tablet. Freezes on preparing to this app screen.

Ignite is pretty good. They are still working out the kinks and adding new games. But it is definitely not Free!!! It is very expensive for a school to purchase at a yearly price. It has been a little helpful to collect data, but it isn’t always accurate. As for the listing saying that is was made for kids ages 6-8, this is a preschool game, it is for 3-5 year olds.

Tried opening app several times now. You hear music pink screen than music stops and nothing pops up to log in. I checked for an update and there is no update at this time. I hope this can be fixed soon. My daughter has to quarantine and I’d rather she use Ignite so her teacher can track her progress.

Can not get pass the first two skills. Keeps starting over and shows no progress of what my child has done

Ignite need fixed my daughters teacher recommended Ignite very educational I actually like Ignite very much .what I do not like is that some times Ignite exits out when she’s logged on already .at first it wouldn’t work on her iPad ,now it works for a lil bit before exiting out on her and she gets upset. But over all Ignite it self is great I rather my child be on her learning then on YouTube.
