WiFiUAV update on October 5 fixed the problem I was having, which was no video to my iPhone8 iOS 14+, and I could not fly the drone with my phone . WiFiUAV now works as it should. Thank you, developers!

Got this drone for Christmas. Flying with the remote works fine. But WiFiUAV keeps saying unconnected. This renders the camera useless and was the primary reason for giving the drone. Will have to return the drone if WiFiUAV cannot be fixed. And will report WiFiUAV to apple to investigate any malpractice. If fixed. I’ll be more than willing re review WiFiUAV .

With the physical remote put the left and right controls in the 5 o clock and 7 o clock positions respectively. That will calibrate the sensors and let you fly it without bumps etc that a reviewer mentioned. As for WiFiUAV , unable to connect even when WiFi to the drone is properly selected in WiFi settings.

I click the button to record and photo but it doesn’t work

I got this drone to take pictures of my garden from above. flying with the remote works fine. But WiFiUAV keeps saying unconnected. This renders the camera useless and was the primary reason for getting the drone. I will have to return because I am not interested in the crick in my neck just for a toy.

App is trash drone is trash. Wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to figure them both out. I’d connect to the drone through WiFiUAV but would show unconnected… couldn’t access camera on drone. My drone would have to try and connect every time it was turned on. Both are trash.

Can’t get WiFiUAV to connect with my drone. The instructions given with my drone to use WiFiUAV are unclear and don’t help. I followed every step and it doesn’t work. WiFiUAV should have instructions and be easier to connect.

I really don’t know how to connect this, as the fact it’s very hard..so someone please help

This is a piece of junk. It will not fly straight and the controls one WiFiUAV are terrible. The biggest waste of my money.

The wifi network cut out and it backed up and went off I to the distance till I couldn't hear it again! 53 dollars in the trash!!

App won’t connect to iPhone 13 Pro.

(This is a review on the drone and WiFiUAV )When you get something you expect to work right?AS SOON AS I USED THIS IT MADE THE DRONE BUMP ALL OVER THE PLACE AND MALPHUNCTION.I even let it stay still with no wind and inside but it would still not fly right.Even the record and photo buttons don’t work.I basically paid 50$ for a drone that doesn’t do anything.BUT I learned my lesson cuz this is auctually a RIPOFF there is a DJI mini drone and it looks exactly like this and the only difference is the fact that it doesn’t break the moment you open so DONT BUY THIS DRONE OR WiFiUAV

You like many went too the reviews after Camera won’t connect its user error you have too push the copper down behind the Camera you may have too unscrew parts of the back WiFiUAV is not a virus and just because you and your redneck family couldn’t figure out how too fix it doesn’t mean it won’t work.

First, WiFiUAV does connect and work.
However, steps are not clear on how to connect: Power on drone, connect the wifi signal, open app. Do NOT use included remote controller if using app. (This last part needs stated clearly, and is not mentioned at all.)
This is my biggest complaint: Most drones will allow remote control flying via included controller while showing only camera controls on app. WiFiUAV will not connect if remote controller is used at all.

Second, WiFiUAV controls are in different locations compared to remote, and are not well labeled. This also needs to be adjusted, correctly and clearly label app controls and/or match remote controller controls locations in app.

Best scenario would be to correct WiFiUAV connection issue so that camera only is on app, while flying is done via remote controller. This would eliminate all issues with WiFiUAV .

Everything works great but... the tracking feature my need some more fix, however WiFiUAV works fine, looks like the random storage size and s now fixed.

Although it says it’s easy to work I found it the opposite as I am a new drone user the directions are there but I’m unable to get see footage from the flight or even record as the directions don’t tell you how. I’m just opening and figuring it out, but if there are any changes I will keep you posted.

When I first got my drone I was excited to set it up after I set it all up I went on my first ever flight The camera quality was kind of bad but good for its price on Temu

WiFiUAV is good,the camera quality is not so good tho if there is a setting on WiFiUAV to sharpen the quality it would be 5 star.

Can someone explain me how to connect the camera and the video features please

I keep getting “Unconnected” error with the camera. Any suggestions?

I tried following all the instructions to look through live cam on my drone but it could not connect. So I'm looking for a different app.

There are ZERO instructions. The wifi doesn’t work, the chopper doesn’t power up, there is nothing to like about this.

Using WIFi and trying cellular no way to connect or even troubleshoot to be able to connect. I have a drone with a camera for no reason

The drone works great with provided controller, but if you’re hoping to use the camera, good luck. WiFiUAV won’t connect to the drone, and therefore, the camera is useless. WiFiUAV is junk.

So I got it connected and all that kind of stuff and when I looked at it the camera quality was terrible it looks like a camera from like the 1900s like come on I know they could’ve done a bit better with the camera.

What a waste of money buying the actual drone. I can’t even connect to the wifi hot spot because it doesn’t pop up. This whole thing is useless

I know that it’s hard to connect the phone but what u have to do is make sure your WiFi is connected to the drones hotspot. The WiFi title, it will start with FLOW and then have random characters after that. You’ll want to connect your phone to that network, then open WiFiUAV and it should be live streaming what the drones camera sees.

I would be happy if I had all the issues everyone else has because at least it means I could get past the Home Screen of WiFiUAV ! But I can’t! If I click the start button WiFiUAV crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’ve tried on multiple phones, iPads, all up to most highest IOS upgrade and every one of them crash when you hit start! So frustrated and useless!

The drone functions works with the controller. Unfortunately I down loaded WiFiUAV on IOS and when I press the start button it takes me back to the home of my phone. I don’t see any pictures or control on my phone. Very frustrating.
