The app made me try to set up a new account. Now it says my phone number is associated with another .

Every time I open the app it says unable to load your data. Please contact our help center for additional assistance. I've tried deleting the app and downloading it again and this doesn't help. What do I do to get this to load?

I've been trying to link my debit card for two weeks and keep getting a message saying there's a problem on klover's end contact customer support. I can't log in because it's saying my phone number is associated with someone else account

I have a new bank account and would like to connect it to the app but it won't allow me to get through to the settings because it only wants me to reconnect to the previous account that was originally attached upon signup.

When I get to where it ask use your points to pay some of the expedite fees that is as far as I get it quits I have to shut phone down to go out of app

Hello, the app isn’t me showing the option to cash out my advance

I am having problems logging into my account. I have the app on my phone and have been using it for months. I log in with my email and phone number. I get the text with the code and when I enter the code it tells me it failed that there is an account already linked to this email. I am sending this message via laptop. Phone: 843-359-7578 Can you please help me resolve the problem. Thank you!

Everytime I go to my email and click on the link to verify my email it continues to say Page Not Working. Ive cleared all cookies as instructed and have done everything that it suggests I do and yet I still cannot verify my email.

Every time I try to get my Debit card to verify, it fails! It use to work fine! Everything is the same on my end, nothings changed! The app say’s their’s a third party error, to try again later. I must have tried a hundred times!

Hello. I have been using Klover for a while and at first I had no problems. Lately nothing updates. I have updated the app in the App Store but when I go to do the bonus points like watching ads and doing surveys. It does not log them and my advance amount keeps changing. One minute it will tell me I am approved for 80$ and then two minutes later it drops to 40$. When I watch an ad I do not get the points. When I add a receipt I get error messages telling me they are unable to refresh my data snd I have to contact support. However when I contact support I get no response. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still does not work. Also when I scan receipts it tells me it appears it is not off my primary account. I only have one account I use so it is always from my primary account. I am not sure how to fix all these problems but it is very frustrating.

Hello. Each time i try to log on the Klover app, it tells me my password is incorrect. Maybe i entered it wrong, so i request forgot password and try to make a new one. And every time it will not allow me to click the button to save that new password. Please help

I can not get to the point where I can actually ask what amount I need to borrow. My friend uses this company all the time with no trouble. Please help me. Thank u Charlotte Ramey

App should be due for an update once you update app it will work for you

Apparently no one at Klover bothers to read these. People (including myself) has been complaining for 2 weeks about getting kicked back to login page. 2 weeks….seriously. Do you have an IT Department?
