Obviously Sun Mountain’s idea for this concept is a wash!!!

By the only 2 reviews left here, I think shows that this once great idea of Sun Mountain creating a single scooter to use on the golf course to keep play going faster has been a wash. Nobody from Sun Mountain ever replied to the 2 reviews as to how they are sorry and are improving their app and system. I downloaded the app to see the Finn Fleet Blue supposedly offered at a golf course close to my brother’s house in MN. But after downloading they asked for my name and email address (for a receipt).
If all of the golf courses across the US that has pins on Sun Mountains map offers the FInn Scooters to use on their courses, and if everyone who rents a scooter has to rent it through this app, I don’t think hardly anyone is using the Finn Scooters.
I really love this idea of using a scooter to allow you to golf faster. I love motorcycles and I would love to spend less time on the golf course to do other things I love. I am so sad this has not caught on and/or Sun Mountain didn’t create the system correctly to allow it to work.

Amazing moto, however your app is horrific. I’ve attempted to ride it on 2 rounds now and the GPS signal from your app has unfortunately made me have to turn to a cart. Just fix the app and make it simple. It’s not difficult and should be top priority because you are losing out on income everyday for these reasons.
Credit card information

Why don’t you allow consumer to delete their credit card information after using the app? I rarely play golf, do not feel comfortable having my credit card stored in an app I’ll never use and would have deleted already. Please advise.
