L’application ne marche jamais, même avec plusieurs appels au 2828, et plusieurs demande en agence et des relances sans cesse! Franchement c’est lamentable comme service et surtout durant cette crise sanitaire où il faut encourager le digitale! La réponse du directeur d’agence après mes doléances : « vous savez l’application mobile et juste une faveur, ce n’est pas un service essentiel! » Comment c’est lamentable! Group BNP Paribas🤷🏻‍♂️ Va comprendre!

Nul !! Bug dès le début

Vous êtes vraiment nul, quand j’essaye de me connecter j’ai un message comme quoi il y a une erreur inconnue... tout ce temps pour créer une application qui ne fonctionne même pas bravo bmci vous êtes la pire banque au Maroc, votre service clients ne répond jamais au téléphone !!!!!!!! NUL
