How to fix Olive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Olive app on iPhone
Update Olive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Olive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Olive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Olive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Olive Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Olive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Olive App
1. On android, goto Settings » Olive » click [Force Stop]

Update Olive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Olive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Olive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Olive.

Fix Olive unable to contact server/ Olive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Olive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Olive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
