1 minute into using ProApp , I already came across several glaring UX/UI issues in ProApp itself. In the very first intro screen, nonetheless!!! I was hoping to improve my own skills by the information they have, not by the bad example they set. If they want to be taken seriously, they need to make sure they are on point with their own UX/UI. Deleted...
Run run run. App just takes your money and support does nothing!!!! Tried many different contact approaches. App doesnt work after paying for lifetime subscription. It’s because it’s a scam. Will be reported to apple.
Aside from its choppy and lagging behavior, ProApp charged didn’t unlock further lessons after paying for it the first time and THEN I paid for the 3 months subscription and still don’t have it...

It kept saying invalid password
The concept of ProApp is good, and the new quiz feature is a step in the right direction, but there should be more interactivity and ways to test your understanding. Also, I completed a few courses before the second version, but now all of my progress is erased, and I can’t even get an updated version of my certificates. Lastly, the font color of the text in the lessons is too light, and the font size is too small. I find myself squinting just to read the text.
It looks fantastic, the information is the perfect amount to make it feel fun without feeling like I’m reading a text book.
The UI is so pleasant to interact with and the overall gamification of ProApp makes learning a true pleasure.
