When I open the screen, it says I need to update the game but when I go to do that, it doesn’t do anything it won’t. It just goes to open and then it sends me back to the home back to Sugar Boston.

How to fix Sugar Blast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sugar Blast app on iPhone
Update Sugar Blast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sugar Blast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sugar Blast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sugar Blast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sugar Blast Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sugar Blast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sugar Blast App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sugar Blast » click [Force Stop]

Update Sugar Blast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sugar Blast App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sugar Blast » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sugar Blast.

Fix Sugar Blast unable to contact server/ Sugar Blast internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sugar Blast » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sugar Blast » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sugar Blast
