My 10 yr old can dev an app better than this. I’ve bought a property off this site but would not use HubzuRealEstateAuctions. Sad.

Bidders beware. Hubzu allows the sellers to reject the bids and re-list the property repeatedly. If the sellers set the minimum bid, and then the bidding ends with a high bidder, the seller shouldn’t be allowed to constantly refuse the highest bidder and then continue to redo the listing because they don’t like the results.

I tap current location and it says only United States. I just wanted to inform that it’s been over a hundred years that Puerto Rico has been part of US.

App is glitchy and very dysfunctional. Even worse is the customer service. I’m done using HubzuRealEstateAuctions and so should you

I found HubzuRealEstateAuctions extremely difficult to navigate through. Wasn’t able to put in a specific area.

All kinds of pop-ups asking for info. Annoying! Let me look if I see something I’ll let you know.

HubzuRealEstateAuctions constantly makes you sign back in, making it very difficult to even check and put a bid in. That needs to be fixed and this will be a great app. Or add the option to stay logged in

They used to send outbid notice to your backup bids so you at least have the option to bid up. I don’t know why they changed that and I lost a property I’m willing to pay more if needed. The seller lost a better offer as well. Obviously I will not list or buy properties here.

I was charged 50 cents to place a bid and had $1000 hold placed on my credit card. The auction said nothing about a reserve price and I was the only bidder. They cane back to me and told me that the auction didnt go for enough money and I could place a final and best offer. So basically I was charged for the right to make an offer on a property. What a total scam.

App gets stuck in map view. Developers needs to fix the issues in map view. When i try Zooming or click on the property HubzuRealEstateAuctions gets stuck. I have tried different iPhones and problem persist from day one.

Really decent app, but we can’t get it to return to search results after clicking on a property. We have to do a new search each time we click on something

Unable to enter address to search for a current auction. App defaults to Texas and will not allow any data to be entered. This is essentially a non-functional app for me.

I like the dashboards. It keeps the info I need in a single spot.

HubzuRealEstateAuctions is clean and easy to navigate. It provides detailed information for a broad investor base. The thing that sets HubzuRealEstateAuctions apart is the detail it provides to all investors that used to be only available to large institutional investors. The result maximizes returns to all investors regardless of size. What a great tool!

Pretty easy to use and great inventory. Easy bidding as well and great communication.

It is nice being able to see all the bank owned properties available in my area and bid for them. There are definitely some bargains to be found here.

The UI is straightforward and intuitive. It is pretty easy to use overall.
