I have iPhone XS and my card’s type is not ASK and still I can’t scan my card and when I contacted the customer service it didn’t seem to help all they did was telling me to check if my card’s type is ASK even though I specifically said that it wasn’t. I got that response from the customer service more than three times

Scanning worked initially but when I got to confirmation scan at the end, I was unable to get the scan to work so I had to start over again and again. I’m using an iPhone 12, tried turning off and on and reinstalling app. Nothing worked. I tried again and could not get the first scan to work.

RavKavOnlineרבקואונליין charges the Rav Kav card quickly. However, on my teen’s card, I searched for Bet Shemesh, and it only showed the slightly expanded Greater Bet Shemesh area for 149 Shekel per month, instead of internal Bet Shemesh for 104 Shekel per month. Both *said* internal Bet Shemesh. When I went to a Rav Kav service center, they said I had to scroll down all of the options for all cities without any filter, then choose the internal Bet Shemesh one for 104 Shekel. Once purchased, the 104 Shekel one will now show up when using the Bet Shemesh filter. This was very confusing and annoying.

RavKavOnlineרבקואונליין is very convenient. It was confusing as to which contractor to choose and why.

**update. Switched the card for a different type, and it scans perfectly well now.**

Downloaded RavKavOnlineרבקואונליין , held the card on the back of the phone in every spot. Restarted phone, reinstalled app, removed case. Still, no scanning of card on my XS.

Works nicely but when will be able to purchase monthly card? Also thy can’t RavKavOnlineרבקואונליין now work as a virtual card, use your phone to tab. Will make it a lot better for tourists.

Besides from that works very good and life is much more simple now

Frankly, it doesn’t work like I thought it would but once you understand that it’s great. It doesn’t keep information for a single account but let’s you manage several cards from a single app. You scan a card and you can see a full history plus add money if you like. It works with ApplePay too.

The card reader for my computer I could NOT get to work. RavKavOnlineרבקואונליין was super easy to load a contract. Happy to have this as a viable option. Now to figure out what to do with this card reader...

So easy to charge your card!

In the beginning we had some issues with scanning the card, but appears to be that the issue was with the card itself (the card status wasn’t valid, it was expired student)

Got the hang of scanning the card (hold it halfway above the camera—developer: you should be telling them this, not me) and was able to change my profile and convert the stored value, without having to schlep to the Rav Kav office and wait on line.

Very thankful for RavKavOnlineרבקואונליין. It stores the credit card information and is super easy and fast to use. Wish you could load different amounts onto the card. But overall great since they don’t allow you to pay on the bus in cash anymore.

After downloading I couldn’t scan my card at all. It wasn’t in the FAQ but only after restarting my phone did it properly launch the NFC capabilities of my iPhone. It’s like a whole new interface was unlocked after that. Restarting RavKavOnlineרבקואונליין wasn’t enough.
