Easily one of the worst selling apps out there! The only thing worse is the customer service and dishonesty from the staff. Ever... Show more notice how every single pair of rare or expensive shoes somehow has a verification problem? They are constantly forcing you to offer a discount and when you refuse you get the pleasure of waiting nearly 2 weeks for you to get your shoes back! I believe employees are buying the shoes flagging verification issues on the shoes to force discounts and then reselling for their own personal gain! I have had it happen on at least 3 separate pairs. Use eBay, use macari hell even stockx is better! But avoid these guys at all cost because they will screw you, take advantage and them push the blame on you!

But that is where they still sit because the app is trash. I go to storage and click on ship to me and NOTHING happens. I contact support get a generic response telling me to do what I've already tried a bunch of times. AND THEN THEY CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING AGAIN another $12 and still they sit in their storage, supposedly. I keep contacting support keep getting the generic automated answer. So I look online for a number and call it. It's just a recording stating due to covid bla bla bla. COVID HAS BEEN OVER AND EVERYONE BEEN BACK TO WORK so that is real lame excuse to ignore customers. I filed a dispute with my bank stating I have not received my item. That got GOATs attention. Smdh but now they refuse to talk to me cuz of the dispute, but could easily resolve the issue and dispute by sending me what I paid for. Still they sit in storage. GOAT IS A DAMN SCAM
