Holy Bible for Daily Reading Reviews

While I thought it was cool to have access to the 1611 version, navigating and looking up specific scripture references was not very user friendly. I was also put off by the lack of modern and more easily understandable English versions of the Bible. I like to be able to look things up in multiple versions when studying the Bible. I couldn’t look them up in any version. I would enter in a scripture reference and it would return 0 results. Lastly, I did not prefer the ads at the bottom of the screen. They were distracting, inserting the world into my time with God. HolyBible was deleted quickly from my phone. I don’t recommend it in its current state.

Its an excellent app except for one bad flaw. You are trying to read the bible and you look at the bottom of your screen and they are trying to get you to play the slots. It doesn’t seem to make since you are trying to concentrate on the word of God and at the same time they are trying to get you to gamble. And you can’t get rid of it. Any other advertising you can get rid of. My advice make it a paid app without any advertising.

If you put put your phone or iPad on airplane mode while you read the Bible, there will be no ads at the bottom to distract
you while you read. I have arthritis in my thumbs, it makes it hard to hold the Bible and read for too long. So I really love to read on my iPad.

A few years I said I wanted to start reading the Bible but never really put it in motion. Fast forward many years later I can’t put it down. I love how it’s compatible with my phone and most importantly .... I can read it anywhere.

Sentences are not read as a natural person would. There is artificial intelligence (AI) technology that does it very well.

It’s hard to understand what is being read by the audio feature. There are no pauses after a comma or a period. There is a long pause within a sentence tht is broken by a page break.

Otherwise, HolyBible is really good.

I was sad and greatly disturbed while reading the book of Acts that there was continuously streaming at the bottom of each page.. an ad for guns, the law and how to conceal weapons!
I find it a beautiful time to read the word in beautiful peace and contemplation it is NOT the place I want to see ongoing advertisements on each page of the precious Bible to see anything to do with guns. I will try and find an app that finds better choices in advertising.

Finally I found a digital Bible, a table of contents, font settings, voice settings, language settings and even version settings among everything else. I really enjoy this and it’s simple to figure out and explore. Great job App writers...great job!

So I like everything about HolyBible Bible app but I found a problem there was no way to copy and paste scriptures from one app to another so please update or please give us the ability to do so amen

Once you get the hang of how to use the Table of Contents it’s really a quick way to find scripture while in church.

I would like to be able to take notes in it as I am using it.

Thx for ur availability of this amazing book that only comes to teach you how to live in this sinful world so that your soul can be saved from damnation. We were all born into sin so we have to live asking for forgiveness.

Never read the Bible in all my 65 years . I’m enjoying it and have a hard time putting it down. Every time I say that’s it for the night I seem to turn another page and read on . Can’t get enough it’s very interesting

This version gives you so many options! It’s a treasure to have and I’ll use it for many years to come! Get one and see for yourself- what do you have to lose?

As I said it’s a great app just a few things should be changed the one and only thing is that you should be able to change how the reader sounds

Super hard to understand many words... the words are misspelled to the extent that if you don’t know the Bible by heart just about you would be totally confused... using the v alphabet for many words is unacceptable and many words with so many misspelled words per sentence is just wrong... please re read your book that you are putting out there and correct all the misspelled words.

Plain and Simple Bible App. It’s not the overly complicated ones where you tap one thing it leads you to many different things. It’s kind of cute how you flip the pages like a real book. It’s setting is very simple .

I just couldn’t get past the background color of the page itself: the muddy beige that frankly looks dirty. The lack of contrast makes it hard to read. Until they offer an option to make the background white, I’m going to take a pass.

So easy to understand and I love the back ground easy on the eyes ... I’ve had other bible apps and they’re ok but this one is so much better and easier to read

I like the fact that I can change the audio speed, font size, etc.

Areas for improvement include using a real persons voice vs a computer voice and highlighting the section being read.

It has a few glitches lately in HolyBible . You’ll go to move on to the next chapter and it sometimes goes to the beginning of the chapter you just read or another previous chapter.

Great app . The best so far That my entire family has enjoyed all ages are able to understand and we find ourselves so interested in what we are listening to !

Love HolyBible . Easy to use. Glory be to God. I had some who has down me for HolyBible . I told them. The way I keep moving it is easier for me to carry my phone with my Bible apps than to keep packing my book Bible

I have begun lately to make it my morning ritual to read GOD’S WORD. It is my oxygen for each day. Even if I don’t read a whole chapter each day, I want to read even a verse. GOD’S WORD refreshes my soul.

It’s such a practical way for me to start my day reading the Word anywhere without having to carry a big book (Bible). Very helpful in my walk with God!!!

I love the speed of HolyBible! Amazing ability to go straight to the chapter and verse. I love being able to carry Gods word with me at all times.

Easy to read, listen to, and just simply to enjoy

66 Books not a Catholic Bible, but it’s the one I am holding now, this just looks like a phone...

Even if I have just started this informational bible. I am enjoying this book of God.

I have trouble with my eyes. The lighter text gives a drawing out look of the letters. So in turn the feelings are exposed in a more focused manner.

This is a really nice app, I love it. I read it in the morning when I wake up, and in the night before bed!🤩it’s really awesome✨
