I keep getting live feed time out

Whom may concern ....just bought the camera and I open the app on my phone but it wont let register ...because the app is not letting me accept the user agreement and Privacy policy at the beginning of the app I do chose accept ...and after that still wont let register keeps sending message must accept user agreement and policy... Please any help.

I purchase 3 cameras doesnt always alert me on motion me neighbour has been to my property x 3 and it doesnt pick him up at all 0451810833

Today for the first time my camera started to have issues. Firstly it did not pick up my postman as it usually does. Then it was okay for a few hours and now it is sending me alerts every few minutes saying motion has been detected but there is none - I've even turned off the car notification just in case it was picking these up in the very distant, which it had not done before.

I bought this security camera.... MPW Outdoor Security Cameras Spotlight with Color Night Vision, 1080p, Two-Way Audio, 2.4G WiFi, Wireless, IP65, Motion Detection Alarm, for Home, The manual it said to go the app page and download the VicoHome app, I tried on my desktop computer, my tablet and my cellphone and it says my devices aren't compatible. I have a brand new cell phone. Please help. Thank You.

Keeps saying vicohome stopped working can't access live stream this is 2nd camera I had in 3 months as the first one wouldn't switch on after 4 weeks, so bought another one now this is playing up I sent them an email

Not recording or notifying me. Sometimes it does but mostly not

The recording shuts off after about 10 seconds even though there is still motion

the app will open and i hit the button to see the live feed and then the app will just shut down i restarted my phone a few times and i restarted the camera too but it will still do the same thing

The audio sound is not clear when listening or recording audio. It sounds muffled and distorted. Can this be corrected?

I’ve had my camera for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days I chose not to purchase a plan. My camera almost immediately started sending notifications every minute and there was no activity whatsoever. I turned it off for a couple day hoping that would resolve my problem. That didn’t work so I purchased the 12month plan assuming my issue was because I didn’t purchase a plan. That did not work. My camera still sends notifications every minute when there is NO activity. I’m not very happy!

Hi. I had my two cameras for about 2 months and the sound alerts stopped working. I get the alerts but not the sound to notify me when it detects an object. It worked great for about a month now it doesn't. Could you please suggest what I can to do get sound back? I purchased basic intelligence premium which didn't do anything.
