Contact Swop it Support

So i downloaded the app because it said that you can swap items for other items and/or services. I figured someone might need help moving or fixing some stuff and give me something worthwhile in return. I downloaded the app and it’s all about buying “coins” to acquire items of interest. There were few items that someone was willing to trade something for. But it was like sneakers for a PS4. The ads were totally deceptive. This app was a waste of time. Essentially just a seemingly more secure and structured Craig’s list. Deleted instantly after realizing its just another platform for purchasing items.

See the listings in New York. There’s 1 seller with 100 items with exactly the same images (an iphone). The entire feed is the same item over and over again and over and over again. There’s duplicates of the same post the whole entire time I was scrolling down. Same one over and over again. And then more of the same exact post. The fact that this app allows people to spam duplicate listings all over the main feed over a hundred times destroyed the experience on this app. I was not able to see other items because there was so much duplicate posts!!! Because of that, I deleted the app and rated 2 stars. I couldn’t even get into and learn how the app works. 👎

So this app is a good concept but it definitely needs some work. Also there should be an option to contact support. There is an option to report a problem but it doesn’t allow you to tell what the problem is. I had a guy try to get me to send him money online for an Apple Watch and he said he would ship it but needed the money first. I’m pretty positive this was a scam. He only wanted $40 for a series 5 Apple Watch that was brand new! I knew right away to not do it. But of course I couldn’t explain my problem on the app so I’m coming here.
