Decided to try this place out because of the inexpensive price listed on the sign outside. 2.50 for anything? As long as you pay in app? I was sold. If you pay at the counter and order in-store, it’s 3.75. I set up the account on the app which was cumbersome to start with. Didn’t have my credit card with me because in 2023 I should be able to pay with Apple Pay. App won’t let you order and pay in app without adding a balance but you have to manually enter your credit card details. I then had to order in the store and the baristas wouldn’t honor the in app price for a first time customer. Terrible customer service. Deleting app and never coming here again.

While the offers are attractive for ordering online it’s not for the person on the go. Their constant prompts and poor store selection section has at least twice left my order blocks away from the intended store and consequently the loss of that money. You have to check and recheck to make sure the order is not rerouted to a different store. And the time estimate is by product (1-2 minutes mostly) not the stores traffic which can add 15 minutes to their estimate. A complaint was unanswered. Not a customer friendly site.

Good coffee and great prices (cheaper when use the app), but an awful app (rating is just on the app). I repeatedly get an error message that I don’t have an internet connection when I go to select a location (despite definitely having internet). Every once in a while it will start working, and then the app gets updated and it happens again. Please fix so I can enjoy your coffee again!
