This was a poor decision making it available for only the latest and newest devices. Many referees will be missing out.
latest version keeps crashing ...
Update is step back. Not clear or easy to use.
New version crashes on load. iPhone 8.
This needs to work like a book that you can search. I hate the present format.
Any search reports no findings. I may as well have a hard copy.
LawsoftheGame crashes or won’t open in my iPad or my iPhone 6S. It’s unusable for me now
When checking the law changes for 2019/20, LawsoftheGame insists on having an Internet connection. Why ? It should just be downloaded as part of LawsoftheGame ’s data !
Somehow it also gets into a diagnostic mode where back-end request status appears with a gear icon. Not totally sure what triggered this but it’s happened a few times to me
Total says it all. The new version is completely useless. Crashes immediately after pressing the icon. Previous versions were great.
This is a great tool, it would be amazing if they developed it to be viewed horizontally on iPad. As an improvement to the learning experience it would benefit us all if there was a randomized daily Q&A quiz in which they leave out the answer kinda like quizlet.
By now the 2021-2022 laws should be covered. We need an update ASAP!
LawsoftheGame is great and I love all of the new features you guys have added, but could you please add an option for landscape view for iPads and other tablets?
It shows all the laws and the new ones as well
Just updated to the latest version (2.0.0) and it crashes immediately after I tap LawsoftheGame icon, every time I try to open LawsoftheGame .
Earlier versions were great though, and given there’s not a lot of live soccer happening right now the timing for this issue is about as good as a bug of this seriousness can be.
Excellent work but just to ask are you going to support it with Arabic Language
Thank you
LawsoftheGame was really well made. The navigation between screens is really smooth and easy. Also the integration of the download feature is really useful for match officials to review key points before matches.
As a previous user mentioned the name of LawsoftheGame is to long for most home screens. Also consider adding short clips within each law to show examples.
Great work,
Louis
Very convenient and we can do quick references to LOTG if we get a question from parents etc
Super nice that the law changes are brief and easy to follow
Great format
I wish I'd known about this before. Super helpful for watching TV and understanding unusual calls. I also like the Weekly Q&A feature.
If I had a nickel for every time that I had recommended LawsoftheGame to a parent, player, coach I would be a very wealthy person! Seriously, this is the best resource ever for a referee to have his feet held to the fire and educate those around him with what the laws of the game entail. Remarkably simple and well functioning app that I have yet to have an issue with.
My only question is how will it be updated to the 2020/2021 year?
Shout out to the developers on this well made app. It’s clean and it functions well. If I were to make one suggestion, it’s that they change the name of LawsoftheGame . “Laws of the Game” looks all scrunched up on my home screen, just a small pet peeve. Maybe name it something like IFAB, short and sweet.
