Lowers volume of other apps without permission

This thing takes over the volume of other apps. ItLower the volume of your music app or whatever, announces your distance, THEN DOES NOT RESTORE THE VOLUME. Incredibly aggravating.

So I’m moving on from MyTracks and I disabled all the permissions. I’m keeping MyTracks so I still have all my tracks I’m just not letting it do anything.

Couple of issues -

When starting a new Track - it comes up with setting screen, looks like location is greyed out. Also lost the ability to share the tracks. If this is still being developed, could you take a look and get working on latest IOS.

Does not count steps

Distance readings are very accurate. However the number of steps is not recorded. There is a section of the event log that shows a line for steps, cadence and pace, but no numbers are displayed....no floors...only zeroes. Other than that this is an excellent app.

Elliptical rider

I love MyTracks . It's been fantastic, but I wish you had an app for street elliptical riders!! I've been using the cross country skiing, but I would love to elliptical one.!!
