Don’t Expect to be on Time - or Ever!

The App tells you the car will 13 minutes, then as the counter goes down to 2 minutes it resets back to 13 minutes. Ordered a car to take us out and whilst I received a call telling me it was 30 minutes late, then it stretched out to an hour. If they can be there in 13 minutes when you book and you expect it to arrive they should at least be upfront.

we tried using this app to hail a “taxi” in mykonos on june 30 2019 and after a kind greeting, the driver pulled over, filled out some paperwork, then asked us to fill-in a passport or drivers license number on the line he indicated. the form was entirely in greek and we could not discern why he needed it, and he stated simply that the government required it. we’ve been on cab rides all over the world and have never been asked for our passports, so we said “no thanks” and got out. please be careful with this company/app!

I was in Mykonos for 5 days in August and this application made my trip so much better. My main concern about Mykonos was the lack of taxis on the island. Because of this application, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a taxi. All the drivers were very nice and professional. One night we were running a little late and the driver, I think his name was Lambros, was so patient and nice. You pay in euros at the end of the ride so it’s perfect for those who don’t want to use credit card. Do not go to Mykonos without this application - you will be waiting for a taxi for a long time!
