Beste Ik ben een medewerker van de Stad Gent. Onlangs kregen we 2 burgers aan onze loketten met een kaart geldig tot 2055. De kaart en de chip bevatten de juiste gegevens. Blijkbaar als zij zich inloggen via Its-me komt er bij hun gegevens te staan dat de kaart maar geldig is tot 1955. Deze informatie is dus niet correct. Ik vermoed echter dat het te wijten is aan een programmatie bij jullie programma en dat het jaartal niet zo ver gaat en daardoor 1955 ipv 2055 weergeeft. Ik heb hier een afdruk, maar door privacy redenen kan ik dit bestand hier niet toevoegen. Kunnen jullie dit verder nakijken a.u.b. Mvg katia Hertoge loketexpert
Does not work

Attempted to read a United States passport and a NEXUS card with the app. Scanned the picture page successfully, never was able to read the NFC chip. Removed case, no change. Rebooted iPhone 15 Pro Max, restarted app and now camera never came on to take a picture of the document.
Camera works fine, phone recognizes other NFC devices like the silly poker chip from Identiverse’s scavenger hunt and yubikey.
The app just doesn’t work. Not a good experience if we’re going to try to rely on this for identity verification.
Not usable

Can’t even scan the document properly. It say “get closer” and then when it’s too close, it says “document out of focus”, then the loop repeats endlessly. iPhone 13 mini, tried on Personal ID and Driver License.
Does not work on US Passport

I am using an iPhone 11 Pro, running iOS 13.3. I travel internationally half dozen times each year on my US Passport. The app reads my personal info, but chip scanning fails.
Wish it would have worked, but to me, it is useless.
