I paid my salary into opay and wanted to disburse it to my expense account and savings which I couldn’t, it’s my first time using opay which I successfully upgraded to kyc 2 but couldn’t upgrade to kyc 3 because they kept declining my application without telling me the reason why. Called and called their customer service and what they kept telling me was I couldn’t send out because I didn’t upgrade to kyc 3 which the difference from the kyc 2 was just the money limit on OPayWearebeyondBanking . They told me what to submit which I did submit directly to their email and the reply they were giving me was ohh this this issue is escalated then after that the issue has been solved and still I can’t send out. Please be careful of this so called bank if you don’t like headache and frustration.

Yes my account was locked and i contact them immediately so I was told to send email to antifraud which I do times without numbers before they answer me to send my wallet number and NIN ID card but still yet my account is still not working. I went to osogbo OPay office opposite Technical college but to my surprise they told me they can’t do anything about unblock my account that I should contact antifraud to do that on thee and. Pls my people stop downloading talkess of sign up on OPayWearebeyondBanking. Thanks

Firstly you don’t even attend to reviews which makes one skeptical about writing a review. Just to let you guys know that deducting #1 when I’m ready to pay the #1,086 is wrong. Your customer service doesn’t even have an idea of what they are doing, just wasting people’s talk time. Your WhatsApp customer agent is even worse. I wish I could attach screen shots of my complains here for others to see. Worse customer relations ever.

You can’t revert payment for more than a week! What is going on? CBN says all reverts should be done within 24hours of the transaction. I need a response as it is all your agents can’t even give same answers to the issues at hand. Sad

OPayWearebeyondBanking has been effective ever since until the last update done early this month, and everything on OPayWearebeyondBanking started giving me problems such as unable to make any transaction until I have to logout completely and login again before I can get each transaction completed, it won’t accept my card until I initiate a transfer and kinda getting complicated.

I try upgrading my account so I could receive higher amount of cash but it keep saying for me to upgrade to the latest version but their is nothing like upgrade their and now I can’t receive any money after from 50k and that’s not good I hope you people work on this really fast before people starts to close down their opay account.

Well you app is awesome, but please upgrade OPayWearebeyondBanking to use face or fingerprint to login OPayWearebeyondBanking just easily login and that makes OPayWearebeyondBanking insecure and and the account that was login same as the transfer issue when I transfer now the next transfer would bring out account number not found which is bad when I save my money for emergency issues and I can’t use it that’s bad that can lead me to close up my account and never use it again please fix those issues thanks

I’ve been trying to add my BVN so I can upgrade so as to receive higher money but it keeps saying update OPayWearebeyondBanking or download latest version which I deleted OPayWearebeyondBanking and downloaded it again and it keeps saying the same thing and there’s no update on my Apple store so please fix this bug or I stop using Opay

Y’all mad for making OPayWearebeyondBanking. I know I’m so stupid for using this foolish app. I started having issue since I updated the foolish app, so I can get new stuffs within the rubbish app. It’s unable to login again. I deleted OPayWearebeyondBanking and downloaded it again; but still the same. I just sent money to OPayWearebeyondBanking to use it get myself a Drug for my health...now isn’t working again. See if you don’t want to get your app reported. Better solve this issue before I broadcast your rubbish app to everybody. I regretted for using this foolish app 😞 😞

I wish there is something below 0 to rate OPayWearebeyondBanking. I am using OPayWearebeyondBanking for a purpose. I tried making transactions for almost 3days without any success. The customer service(very poor) told me the site is under maintenance for over 5days?. I tried to transfer the money back to bank account since the purpose has failed. Guess what? They won’t let me, telling me the details are incorrect. The same details that was correct when I paid in. Please avoid OPayWearebeyondBanking if you have something serious or urgent to do because it will fail you when needed most.

We are not enjoying opay anymore
We can’t transfer our money and they only want us to use all our money to do credit instead of doing transfer
It’s not convenient for us now help us fixed it as soon as possible

It’s been weeks now...am unable to deposit to my account showing user not found....I want and argent review or I will just go ahead and delete OPayWearebeyondBanking because have tried so many ways but keep showing same thing

I want to upgrade my account telling me I should update to latest vision and have uninstalled OPayWearebeyondBanking downloaded it again same error and I transfer 60k from my fcmb account to my Opay account haven’t received the money yet

I have been noticing OPayWearebeyondBanking on iPhone is not having other functions like ofood and others cause I tried to download OPayWearebeyondBanking on iPhone and updates it same a only oride and pay money, load money, cable but other activities it’s not in. Please I will love you to do something about iPhone apps.

OPayWearebeyondBanking hold my payment two times last year, I called the customer care line multiple times but till date my money has not yet been return to me or delivered to the beneficiary account, the worst is that lately OPayWearebeyondBanking will be telling you they couldn’t find an account registered for a correct bank account when you want to transfer money at times .....don’t get OPayWearebeyondBanking or bank with them if you don’t want to be in my shoe, they are worst

OPayWearebeyondBanking is very grate I’ve been using OPay for years now and they’re by far my best means of receiving and sending money but we’ll appreciate more if you make it possible to buy and sell bitcoin to make it easier people to trade and buy bitcoin with naira thanks

I tried adding my BVN to upgrade my account but it keeps telling me to update OPayWearebeyondBanking , But there’s no update in my Apple store. Yeah Opay is cool and doesn’t give stressed to customers at all but I don’t know why I wasn’t able to transfer from my OPay to another OPay and I cannot fund my wallet more than #50k. I wanna upgrade to agent buy keeps telling me it’s not available for this version and i’on see other version of it available on Play Store.
I will say I love OPayWearebeyondBanking .

Please I don’t really understand what going on with my OPay account I was trying to add money from my bank account and Is saying service intranet error

I would give opay 5 stars if Okash Loan Feature has been added to the iOS version of Opay, Secondly, Fix the feature where app ask for pin or pattern when opening Opay, the feature doesn’t work. Likewise add Dark Mode to Opay, it’s modern days, all apps are going dark to avoid the over brightness of blue screen. Thanks.

I think OPayWearebeyondBanking is okay but you guys need to introduce fingerprint lock too and ion know what really happen to the notification Centre, whenever I have a notification pop up it keep telling me the current version is not available for viewing this message, aside this problems, opay is better

I used the Ocar for a trip of #800 I was charged #4,430 I tried contacting their customer care support since 5th of January 2020 up on till now no response very poor customer service, ripoff app on the 12th again same thing happen a trip of #2,300 charged at #5,000 OPayWearebeyondBanking is scam, when you don’t provide a customer service to your customer is a total ripoff!! Please don’t download cause if you do once their system has issues your money is gone !!!

The annoy part of OPayWearebeyondBanking is that have wanted to update my OPay but it keep asking for a new version and have never seen any new version on apple store, please find something to do about this please

My phone got stolen and tried logging in my OPay on another phone but the only option is to use my mobile number which was also lost with the phone. There’s nothing I can do to get the money in wallet. I wish there’s an email option for verification so I can get access back to my wallet . I hope you look into this and give me feedback on how to regain access to my account

OPay is very good and transaction to any bank is very fast...but please to buy airtime on OPay using iPhone is telling us system error please do something And is OPay working for Africa only or for both USA and other countries

Nice app and it working for me but I have challenges upgrading the KYC. It tells me to upgrade to latest version before I can upgrade my KYC and I guess this is the latest version. Please I need assistance here
