FDMealPlanner works about 1 day a week. Every other day it says Oh Snap No Menu Available. Why bother?

They should provide a cancellation option or a phone number to call.

I have to go to their website to log in. If I try to log in on FDMealPlanner , does not work.

FDMealPlanner is terrible! I can’t even see my orders bc literally the page won’t display.

FDMealPlanner has tools to help its users avoid certain allergens without providing full ingredient lists. This is very dangerous for those of us with obscure allergies and severe food intolerances.

Completely bricked when opening my schools menu. Black screen, nothing loading.

It was working just fine, but starting last week it says “Oh, snap! No menu available.” Pretty useless.

Suddenly started giving me a user not found error, but I can log in on the website so it’s not my error. Even when you’re in, FDMealPlanner is clunky. Terrible HMI.

Don’t waste your time navigating through FDMealPlanner, its very poorly designed. Lots of issues and unable to find payment option.

Can’t get menu to load - immediately crashes. Not functional and from older reviews it looks like this isn’t being fixed.

Really stupid app. I needed to check my kid school lunch menu and I clicked at my school website . It made me to download that thing and even after creating account I could locate her school - if it’s soooo complicated to get to simple school lunch menu/ just shut this stupid app snd create a new that will work ! I want put 0 stars for frustration

Thought FDMealPlanner would help with planning lunches for the week and prepaying for them. Can’t seem to find that option even if there is one. With that said when came to starting profile, at the allergen section I chose that option but nothing came up for choosing one or even typing in one. Crap app, and not helpful or useful!

I feel I’ve wasted an hour of my time hopping between their app and website trying to figure out to set up a PAYMENT plan so that my child can actual pay for his lunch. I’m sending in cash with him. Public school- state law- they have to feed him, right??? Especially since he has type 1 diabetes. FDMealPlanner is user friendly but indicates NOWHERE on how to pay for food. Cash is king!

Not very user friendly, takes a long time just to check the menu options. Lots of unnecessary extra work.

When going to the website on your phone provides more options, you know FDMealPlanner is junk. Cant print the menu from FDMealPlanner ? Seriously? Just so clunky.

-1) Now carrying students name from the profile to the checkout but carrying it all in the First Name field and requiring users to enter a Last Name . 2) users shouldn’t have to constantly click the teacher room and lunch time, that should be part of the profile.

-Latest release now let’s you check out more than one day at a time.

-Menu not updated in a timely manner. The week of a change in month the calendar isn’t available yet, not even two days before the new month starts.

-Invoice image emailed to the user now renders in the iPhone Mail App v14.0.1 as of last release.

FDMealPlanner works well, simple and does what’s advertised.

I like FDMealPlanner but it keeps logging out when I visit the website. Also there are too many steps to see the menu. I really want it to be simplified. Thank you.
