Couldn’t use it at all !!

About a month ago I tried to check my tickets information in my account via app.
However I couldn’t reach it at all.
I had to see them via online not my app.
I don’t know the reason why I couldn’t access it but there must have been a glitch you caused.
It was just annoying & no reason to keep having the app.
It should be more effective & efficient.
Please reconsider to try to improve everything.

Food orders always only default to 100s level

Tried to order food from my 200 level seat (and from other levels). App only shows store options in 100 level. No option to cancel post order, had to take elevator to other section
Needing a separate login for msg events is idiotic

I have to call the box office so they can unlink the email that’s no longer in use to the email address where the tickets were sent. Asinine and unhelpful.
