white screen only. iphone xs. Shutdown iphone and bought up app again. White Screen. Deleted completely the app and reinstalled. Still white screen. Was white screen last two days.

How to fix Griptonite app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Griptonite app on iPhone
Update Griptonite app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Griptonite iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Griptonite on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Griptonite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Griptonite Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Griptonite not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Griptonite App
1. On android, goto Settings » Griptonite » click [Force Stop]

Update Griptonite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Griptonite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Griptonite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Griptonite.

Fix Griptonite unable to contact server/ Griptonite internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Griptonite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Griptonite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Griptonite
