MeetFresh has a great physical product, and I understand that COVID creates the necessity for them to create a digital storefront. However, MeetFreshUS is like using an e-commerce site designed in the 90s. It asked for a lot of information - email, phone number, birthday, credit card info - all of which are both compulsory and stored on their servers. Given how poor MeetFreshUS is designed, I have zero confidence that my information is properly protected.

I will choose not to eat at MeetFresh if MeetFreshUS remains as the only mean for ordering.

Can’t use Apple Pay, very inconvenient, screen frozen within 2min use. Get a better app developer

So I ordered through MeetFreshUS for the first time. It cancelled on me twice. The reason was because they said they may be very busy. Funny thing is I ordered it while sitting in y car. Parked right in front of Meet Fresh. I stopped in earlier to make sure my order went through. I noticed everyone that ordered after I talked to them got their order before mines was done. I only ordered a oolong tea with boba. I would say dust bag MeetFreshUS and just go in and order. It took 20 mins to make my order. Not happy!

For the amount of time I've been redirected and the amount of personal information I have to enter at each stage.. it doesn't make sense to order online through their QR code/mobile app. I was sitting in the store, ordered through mobile and confirmed the staff didn't even receive my order until half an hour after I had already paid. I do not understand how something connected to the internet can take so long to transmit.

Saving your credit card info to use it to load a mobile gift card that you then use to pay (leaving change in your balance) is annoying and does not leave a good taste in my mouth.

I really am a fan of meet fresh and have been a client since the location by my work place opened. Today i decided to download MeetFreshUS to get points, because for some reason the workers at my y desk never offer to punch in our phone numbers nor do they saved like when you order from the kebab shop. I tried loading money on my meet Fredy app, and i couldn’t do so. There’s also no option to save my receipt and add it later to get points like they do in the 85° bakery. I don’t understand the point of using mobile order if it’s going to prompt me to use the online order. Might as well take that option down. Overall, MeetFreshUS need a lot of UX improvement. Seems like it’s also been 1 year since there were any updates to MeetFreshUS.

It’s good seeing store owning the problem of creating an app that helps offset and make ordering easier for the customer, but the self ordering system is way lackluster in features and the login doesn’t seem to work (at least when I tried at the Self Serve KIOSK)

Here are recommendation that I think will make MeetFreshUS and the whole self serve produce and much better experience.

1. On the KIOSK side, have the ability to change detail of an item. E.g. not just hot and hot but more detailed like less ice, no ice, and the sweetness level for drinks.

Otherwise what is the point of self serve if I can’t get how I want it?

2. Allow ways to add points to an account if a user forgets to login for the transaction. It makes very few sense that the only way to acculturate point is through order IN PERSON with MeetFreshUS loaded with money.

At least have a way for people to add unaccounted points if they forget the account, or like me, order in the Self Serve KIOSK to find out that you CAN NOT get points for using self serve.

3. For dessert item, even if the toppings can not be edited, at least show what are the included toppings. It makes it clear for the customer what they are ordering and avoid problem of doubling on a topping if it’s already there in the first place.

MeetFreshUS used to allow customize ice and sweetness level but after the latest updates those selections are gone.

Made the order and everything but there’s no available time to select from even I’m standing in the shop and it’s open

I made the payment through app and received the confirmatiob. But when i go to the store to pick up my order, they said they didn't received my order. I had to reorder and wait for one hour there.

MeetFreshUS location feature is not working and I’m unable to place order because there’s no way to pick a store either using the search option or using the map. It’s basically useless since you are unable to place online order.

Forgot password but cannot reset, since resetting with email link will take you back to the page to tell you to download MeetFreshUS , which you cannot log into. endless loop to deprive you of points you earned, after which MeetFreshUS auto signs you out and you’re out of luck if you forgot password

Map function only show location but does not allow adding favorites. Had to wait for location to show in “nearby” before ordering and favorite features are available. I wanted to place order before I leave from 30min away to pick up…

Don’t have all the items on the menus in app version so unable to order online such as the egg waffle.

Aesthetics and user experience aside, MeetFreshUS seems to have been updated a few times since inception to address most of the complaints in these 1-star reviews. MeetFreshUS can find the nearest store location, allows me to reload funds, and takes my order accurately and quickly 90% of the time. Basically, it does the job.

My two biggest complaints are: (1) there is no way to redeem rewards. I have a coupon and some other reward I accrued (I'm now a silver tier customer) yet tapping on it doesn't let me redeem it. When entering in my order and before submitting it, the option to redeem rewards is nowhere to be found. And, (2) the user experience interface is severely lacking. Navigating through MeetFreshUS the first time was a little confusing but I figured it out fairly quickly.

Once you're at the shopping cart, you can edit your order, BUT if you have to make any edits to your profile, like adding payment method or maybe change pick up location, you have to START over all of your items and re-add them into the cart.

It doesn't make it easy for you to make a purchase.

You also cannot skip the Tip feature, you CAN choose to Add Tips as $0.

Love the convenience. Feel safer during pandemic to not wait in the line. The best part is that it offers reward program as well.
