User reports:
No current problems

- Some premium options are available, which may limit the use of certain features.

- It may take some time to figure out how to download a finished story.

- It may not be easy to post directly to a business Instagram account.

- The yearly membership fee may be too high for some users.

- Users cannot create their own templates.

- Some users may want more Christmas stickers or a sticker searching feature.

- Some stories in the "ready to share" section cannot be edited, even for paying users.

- The app requires a subscription to share photos, which may not be ideal for some users.

To resolve Seen network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Seen App
1. On android, goto Settings » Seen » click [Force Stop]

Clear Seen App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Seen » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Seen.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Seen » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Seen » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Seen
