I've been playing this game for a year or more, had gotten to level 800+, but logged in to JewelsPharaoh Store today and saw an upgrade available, so applied it. Now the game won't even load' I went so far as to reload it from JewelsPharaoh Store even though I knew I'd lose all my levels gained, but it won't load at all. I should note that I've been playing on an iPad that I purposely haven't upgraded the iOS on, past 10.3, as I have a bunch of 32-bit games that never made the transition to 64-bit, that I didn't want to lose. But this game was loaded in the last year or so, and says it supports 10.0 and above. I never would have upgraded if I had known I would lose playing the game completely. What gives with that?
I would have given a 5-star rating until this happened. Now it should be 0 or 1 star, because it won't even load.
Also, you apparently only have app support through Facebook; I am not and will not be on Facebook, so it looks as though there is no other way to get in touch with you. I'm sorry, because I really like this game, and I wanted to keep playing it.
