This is the fourth time I have contacted your company about game freezes. Yes I can restart the game by closing JewelsoftheAmazon and reopening it but that forces me to lose my points and power ups. You really need to fix this glitch or you will lose me as a customer. I am now going to write a bad review because you have failed to replace all of the points and power ups I have lost. Also the levels are impossible to pass without purchasing coins which I refuse to do because of the freezing issue. Bad app, very bad! I have not had a single update since owning this game. If you fix the freezes and crashes I will change my review to a positive one. Until then you need to know how poorly your app is running!

JewelsoftheAmazon is just a ploy to get you to spend money on in-app purchases. The game gives you very little time to score a certain number of points on each board. The only way to extend your time is to spend a huge amount of gold, of which the game gives you very little. So of course they offer gold in JewelsoftheAmazon store, for ridiculously high prices. You also have to watch advertisements for other games. This is too bad, because otherwise it's a nice game. JewelsoftheAmazon store has become a complete joke. Instead of offering quality apps, it's full of tricks and snares to get you to spend money.

I love the game, but it's glitchy. It locks up in levels. Sometimes, it doesn't lock up completely but freezes certain areas of the board. Other times, it freezes the entire board while the timer counts down. Annoying! I lose my gold used to buy power ups and have to start a level over on top of that.

This is a fun game, but it kept hoping on my ipad which I keep locked in one position, JewelsoftheAmazon would be fixed to rotate! I guess that is a minor annoyance but seems like a simple fix. So it's always upside down when I open it! Other than that and lock ups and losing lives, it's an ok app

Doesn't play at all like bejeweled. The smoothness of moving the stones is not there. The game should never run out of moves and the achievements in the upper levels make no sense. there is. It enough time to get the stars. Running out of life is silly and pointless and the boosts do not help you because they don't last long enough to do any good. They are a waste of money...money that is super hard to come by in the first place. Boo!!

This is a very fun game when it's not freezing up!!!! Please fix the bugs in this game!!!!!!¡¡¡¡¡ I have been plying this game for over a year and still same issue over and over. When are you going to fix the freezing of this game along with not being able to move certain jewels :( please please please fix this game !!!!!!

Game is fun and challenging. Unfortunately game crashes a lot and has lots of popups. (After every round you play there will be a popup for another app) also you only have 5 lives at a time. After that you can either buy lives (which is annoying) or wait 20 minutes for another life.

It's not like I have a ton of apps or anything but this game, after a few levels, will start freezing until it finally just boots me out completely. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no difference

I love this game but it freezes and crashes all the time. Daily, after a bomb ignites, it leaves a section completely blank, with no jewels for the remainder of the game. Please fix! Game is fun but frustrating because of glitches.

The point earning scheme makes no sense. It's clear that they just want you to pour in tons of your own money to buy coins ($2 for 1000 coins which only buys you 15 seconds of play time). You can get the same amount of coins as a reward if you get 3 stars or only 1. The levels are randomly ordered, how well you do depends only on the random drawing of multipliers. Definitely the worst jewel game out there.

Overall enjoyable, challenging game. Thoroughly irritating when the game freezes..... Fix it guys!! Also been on the 4th level for MONTHS and the last relic part is impossible to win!! TICKS me off!!

Pretty addicting but it would be nice to see sync with facebook on the next update, and fix the freeze issue at some levels.

SOO tired of the game crashing and I have not even had it 5 hours. Fix it please!!!!! Fun game but it is super annoying when it is constantly crashing!

This game is not realistic when it comes to leveling up! Too hard to reach higher levels without purchasing coins or lives. I'm a true gamer and I love a good challenge but this is ridiculous! I'm on level 6-8 and its terribly hard to reach a score of 80,000! Even with bonues! Deleteing it after this review!

I get almost to completion and it boots me off or the screen freezes. This could be a great game, if only they would fix the bugs in it ! It doesn't give ur coins back after it freezes. Please give me my coins back and fix the game!

It was a fun game until it started crashing and freezing. Please fix!! The only support you give is to close all other apps and restart, den after that, it still freezes & crashes, fix your game!!!

This is a great game to play but the freezing gets old and seems to happen all the time. Good game for it being free but I wouldn't suggest spending real money till the bugs are fixed. Not sure if this game even gets updated. Never seen an update!!!!!!

Love this game but it freezes up constantly and sometimes only half the screen will freeze! Ends up killing all your lives! Very irritating and wish this could be fixed please!!

This game crashes every time a level is selected. If you try to restart and select a level again, it will only crash. I have tried to contact the support center but there is not reply or contact. So JewelsoftheAmazon is better left unplayed. Just buy bejeweled.
