What is Players Academy? The Attack Academy App is a lacrosse training app that brings elite lacrosse instruction to users, regardless of their skill level or location. The app offers weekly on-field workouts from professional lacrosse players, lacrosse-specific strength and conditioning programs, and multi-course masterclasses to help users improve their game. Users can also submit their own videos for direct feedback from the pros and earn points towards exclusive rewards from Warrior and New Balance.

The world’s premier lacrosse trainers, Xelleration Sports Training, have built Rob’s lacrosse-specific training plan into the app. Available with weights or for bodyweight, use this course to get stronger and faster this offseason. THE BEST IN PLAYERS IN THE WORLD ARE YOUR PERSONAL COACHES As an Attack Academy app member, you can upload your own videos videos and you can choose to have Rob or Grant watch the video and give you tangible feedback to improve your game. EXCLUSIVES IN THE APP Every time you open the app, watch a video, or upload a video you'll earn points toward exclusive rewards from Warrior/New Balance. The more you learn, the more prizes you'll unlock. Subscription pricing and terms: The app and certain videos in the app are free upon download. A3 Silver Membership is a subscription membership you can purchase in the app, auto-renewing each month at $69.99/mo and gives you access to all programs, classes, trainings, workouts and also allows you to receive four 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a pro each month. A3 Bronze Membership is a subscription membership you can purchase in the app, auto-renewing each month at $49.99/mo and gives you access to all programs, classes, trainings, workouts and also allows you to receive one 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a pro each month. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes account after you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
