I’m only reviewing because I want to help others choose another app because this one advertises’Watch ad-free exclusive arabic content...’ & around April 27, they updated WATCHIT & it became even slower to start watching anything. It stalls for over 2 hours when trying to watch a 30-40 min show. Best to watch on TV when show is rerun a few times in the day with ads, at least you won’t wait 2 hours to still have not seen half of the 30 min show!!! I’m not exaggerating either, ask anyone else who purchased WATCHIT or read more reviews... they obviously don’t test their updates before releasing them & definitely don’t have Users Testing, shame on them!!’

WATCHIT is great and easy to use. Loved almost everything about it. Unfortunately, even tho I paid for the monthly subscription, I still get adds which to me sounds ridiculous. The worse thing about WATCHIT however is that it doesn’t have a wide selections of Ramadan 2022 shows even tho this was the reason why I subscribed in the first place. Subscription to Shahid would have been so much better than WATCHIT to be honest.

Good job on the interface overhaul and adding the highly requested features. You’re just missing the updated Apple TV app and adding the offline watching feature which I’m sure are on your roadmap. Please don’t be late

When I purchased WATCHIT I wanted to get a subscription so I login to my recent account and I finally payed but then it told me error and I went to check on the money and turns out they took the money. I tried to log out and login again but nothing is working. I also tried to contact them but still they didn’t answer me. I deleted WATCHIT and reinstalled it but nothing is working and they got the money.

I downloaded the application a few days a ago and I paid the subscription fee . It worked fine for a few days then today I was trying to open the application but it says unauthenticated . I can’t view anything on the application. What a waste of money. I don’t even know how to contact customer service to solve this problem. I will cancel my subscription and get my money back .

The UI is improving but still long way to go. You have to find a better way to show episode number while casting to TV. Profiles also would go a long way. It looks like only one developer is working on this.

And ads, really?!!!!! Two stars down for that.

After the latest update the mini player no longer works. Can you re-enable it please?

I’m in the USA and subscribed from iOS mobile app to the monthly bundle and they took my money, the $6 right away. When I tried to login it kept saying that I must subscribe first to watch! I already subscribed! Until now for whole the day I couldn’t login and I kept uninstall WATCHIT and reinstall it but nothing works on iPhone, iPad & on Mac! Scam evil!

It takes too much time to load on tv

So i had WATCHIT since last year and honestly it was good, but this year i had the same problem where i couldn't open WATCHIT even though im subscribed. I logged in with facebook and it worked. Now WATCHIT is super slow and it wont even open. Download shahid guys its way better.

WATCHIT is working fine on my phone but on the TV ( LG Smart TV ) it keep freezing and the playing bar doesn’t go down, it stays on the screen while the movie is playing.

For the price you pay, this is useless. There’s always an issue trying to switch between WATCHIT from the phone to tv OS. Maybe the developer should download Apple tv +, or Netflix to learn a thing or two about multiple screens. WATCHIT has been down for two days now and no signs for a fix. REFUND OUR MONEY

I subscribed from ios the monthly bundle and tha application isn't working properly and it either keeps telling me to check my internet connection although my internet connection is perfect or the application doesn't open It was tha first and last month I would subscribe in it

I subscribed and it wont let me login. It keeps saying that I need to subscribe even though I already paid for my subscription. They stole my money and I got nothing in return. They also don’t have any contact for me to complain and try to get my problem fixed. Do better please.

Please i just wanna know why is not working on usa ?? I try millions times not working payment not provide can someone help with that

Your App performance is seriously problematic…everything is slow…selection always triggers “something went wrong”…improvement is a must otherwise the subscription paid is zero value for money!

Love WATCHIT but so upset you removed the ability to play the video while browsing your phone. Why would you remove such a great feature in the new update??? Please bring it back

I been using WATCHIT for about a year.. the new update hit with the new UI and everything became worst…. Soooo much worst.. my subscription won’t be restored.. won’t allow me to subscribe for it again because I’m already subscribed so what’s the point..

Don’t even bother download it or spend money on it , it keep giving you message something went wrong with even tell u what’s wrong , no reply from service I had to call my bank to get my money back

I downloaded WATCHIT to be able to watch Ramadan series without ads .. it worked for one night and not it logged me out and keeps saying it has an error and will not connect.
I should have know better and trusted my instinct that nothing works in egypt and they can’t make an app that actually works.
Plus when WATCHIT worked there is not enough movies and the movies do not stream well.
Funny is they charge me 7.50 for the three month period and that went fast but everything else is so slow.
What a rip off.... stay away ... will not renew the subscription...

I accept the content as beginning,
But the lack of programming in WATCHIT is huge, the developer needs to study iOS & tvOS more, by having your own video player just to add the yellow color in the streamline is wasting a lot of the OS features like forward/backward 10 seconds.

And where exactly is my watching progress, why do I have to memorize where did I stopped watching.

Advise all the developers who worked on WATCHIT to try to experience NETFLIX app how it is loading, keeping your progress, the OS built in video player, the subtitle and the info of the content, “”trailers”” just a lot of missing features you’ll find in there.

Think for the future to be able to have your own contents, your own production, don’t be just an app that shows others productions.

I’m happy that I see something like that, and I wished it was more powerful., I know it could.

WATCHIT is full of bugs and worst UX you’ll ever deal with. And finally it logged me out and never allow me in.
I registered from my PC and logged in from my iOS device. The iOS app logged me out again because my PC session was still active (where I registered my account) and then it never allow me to login again from the iOS app and keep throwing errors “An error has occurred please try again later”.
Anyway, don’t waste your time with WATCHIT which created by mediocre devs and most importantly don’t waste your money, they don’t deserve it.

I read most of the reviews and although 90% were negative comments about WATCHIT , I decided to download it and give it a try since it’s not expensive anyway. I’m very proud of this Egyptian app and even more proud that there is a screen mirroring option. Do not believe the negative reviews!

In 2019 I downloaded WATCHIT and cancelled subscription after one month because of the bad service and WATCHIT is 90% of the time down and has issues in logging or streaming. This year i. 2020 i downloaded again it worked only first day of Ramadan and now it is the second day and again it is not working.
And I regret again I subscribed this time also.

You guys take our money and don’t provide the service, thus is called SPAM

Without any reason and 10 months before my subscription expires I am logged out and when I re-log I am requested to resubscribe even when I tried WATCHIT will refuse because I am an active subscriber. No one to contact to resolve my issue after several trials I reached an e-mail I contacted them with no response. It seems it was my fault to subscribe to a full year without making sure that they are trustworthy

WATCHIT is terrible. Especially the Apple TV app. Doesn’t work properly and keeps freezing the shows. Phone app works on its own but freezes if connected to Apple TV despite fantastic internet speeds.
Only reason to download would be content not available anywhere else but by far the worst streaming app ever created.
No search option for a specific series. Terrible and waste of money. Don’t think I’ll renew subscription

I did subscribe one month, the first time it was good, then when I trying to watch something WATCHIT not respon and i see a message that tell me please subscribe first..? I did check again my subscribing everything was ok, you are cost my card the amount to give me service!! please resolve it or refund it..! I need someone to fix the problem...... respond to your customer we are not in EGYPT learn how to respect people please..

WATCHIT is working again thank you for responding to our concerns. I just deleted WATCHIT and installed again put my user and password and now it is back to normal. Thanks 😊

I am paying for a subscription and not really getting what I paid for, which is a rich variety of content. Very limited content available on the platform. Also, now in Ramadan,
episodes should be uploaded immediately after broadcasting, but they are not actually available until a good number of hours which is frustrating. My app experience is poor.

It was great in the beginning but WATCHIT crashed second day of Ramadan. With no apologies from the developers or a reason for the crash or when will it be fixed.
For a paid app it’s the least they can do if they want to play with the big boys like Netflix or prime they should act in an ethical way if they want to continue.

Much better than before, and today the update fixed the problem. Way to go!

At least make the option of knowing what content do you offer. The only option a customer gets is to subscribe or login, no preview no trial periods nothing. If trial period is not something you would like to add, put a page showing your content.

Wanted to support WATCHIT , so I payed and subscribed, managed to watch 2 episodes of one show then I can’t login again and get an error message something went wrong and please try again and I can’t figure out how to make it work again deleting WATCHIT and reinstalling it doesn’t fix the problem

Cannot play anything and unable even to find the play button and WATCHIT is not stable. Someone must seriously respond to all those complaints to avoid unnecessary conclusions by those who subscribed. We paid but no service.
