Buttons don’t function

I’m a techie and the search fields don’t work on my iPhone 12. I need this to work as I’m in charge of the advertising at our booth.
Last year it was good; I helped customers download the app, get a coupon and view videos of the items in action.
Can’t get any buttons to work this year!
