Love that I can access the CM from anywhere, any time. I do get the link bug, but not terribly often, and nothing that logging out, restarting app, and logging back in doesn’t fix. A bug that should still be fixed, but not my biggest concern with BlackDesert .

The real reason I wanted BlackDesert was for boss notifications, and it’s nowhere to be found. Even the times aren’t stickied anywhere convenient, the only place I can access that is from patch notes. BlackDesert description says “never miss a boss again”, but I’m having to rely on my own alarms rather than getting it through BlackDesert. Either edit your description or add in the feature you’ve advertised PA.

While I mainly use it to chat with guild mates if I’m away or resting. And the central market works for placing orders.

However everything else keeps giving me 404 errors no matter how many times I’ve refreshed BlackDesert by master restart or closing BlackDesert . Seems like no one is maintaining it or cares to improve BlackDesert when it has potential to be very useful in our hands.

I love BlackDesert . I tell everyone about BlackDesert . I love the CM function and all that I can do with my inventory in the CM. The only request I have is for there to be an item description, similar to in game, for every item in the CM. Other than that the only complaint I have is that I can’t steal a quick peak on BlackDesert for new content and updates. That would be a cool benefit the developers should add as a perk for using BlackDesert . GGz all around to the developers for a functional and helpful app.

I still don’t understand how it is possible to have continued login problems. Many people are having the same problems. I’ve submitted 2 tickets already. Each time I get a canned response that says make sure you entered password correctly. My account is linked. My user and pass are correct. I’ve uninstalled. Offloaded. Rebooted. Installed on fresh device. Same problem on iPhone 11 and iPad mini both with latest iOS. If you play this game BlackDesert is essential and without it i am gimped. I was able to login for a brief period but ended quickly as the notifications weren’t working and I had to re login every time I launched BlackDesert . I tried to log out to get the notifications working and have been unable to login since.

Sadly, like many others, BlackDesert does not allow you to log into your account and use the marketplace. I’m certain my user and password are correct. Then I went to the reviews and saw many others have the same issue. Clearly BlackDesert dev’s need to fix the authentication servers so they actually link to the user/pass database Steam and Pearl Abyss use. May want to hire app dev’s / DBAs who can actually fix the authentication issue. According to reviews, this has been going on for over a year. Sad really.

BlackDesert is a great idea if it allowed you to use the marketplace (like so many other games do). If BlackDesert dev’s can fix this issue, would move to a 5 star.

What is the point of giving me the option to receive notifications about CM items if I actually do not receive any. It’s mildly convenient when I get notifications on my PO fills or items that I’m selling, rather then checking every so often manually. I tried reinstalling app to check if I would receive notifications and I have not. This may be a just me thing, but as I said in the beginning of this, what is the point of the notification option.

You can link and unlink it a million times and it will still be bugged. Constantly linking it over and over again is annoying. Also, the fact we can’t see a live transfer of silver in the market place is annoying. Especially when we buy or sell something.

I’m already logged into my account on the application but when I try to open the marketplace tab it wants me to log in again and do my 2 step verification again. Also every time I log in with the same device I have to keep doing 2 step verification every single time instead of it remembering my device. And even after logging in again the market tab black screens and when I open BlackDesert again it wants me to login again.

Just downloaded for NA, PC. Working fine was worried about the comments from last year, but I’ve been chatting with my guild and using the CM and I have had 0 problems so far. Looks like BlackDesert had a rocky start but it’s working great for me now. Thanks for the hard work!

Notifications never work, sessions expire constantly, boss timers are way worse than sites like bdobosstiner which has count downs highlights the current schedule and shows timers for other things like night , bartering and imperials. For now I’ll stick with he shortcuts on my phone home screen as BlackDesert is somehow worse than existing web apps.

I think BlackDesert is a great idea and I would love to use it but it doesn’t work. I was able to sign into my account no problem and I know my Xbox is linked to the account but for some reason when trying to use the central market on BlackDesert it keeps taking me to a web browser saying to link it. If this issue gets fixed I will happily change my review but until then 1 star

Sooo I love BlackDesert makes collecting my items from the central market easy at work but why is it giving me like reduced silver back from when I collect it instead of what it’s saying I’m getting. Is there some tax I don’t know about?

Love BlackDesert and how I can access the marketplace on the go. However it tells me my account isn’t linked even though it is. So I have to log out and log back in to fix this. I little bit annoying, that’s why 4 stars and not 5

First downloaded BlackDesert a while back, only to find out that it wasn’t compatible with the PC version of the game. Great, you guys solved that.

Downloaded it again, now that the PC version is live, only to find out that NA is not included on the list of servers I can connect to.

Why even have such a useless app like this, if you’re not going to allow 90% of your user base to use it?

Since the recent update everything’s been working great, I haven’t been getting logged out or anything. It’s definitely really nice to use the market on the go. I recommend this to anyone who’s serious about bdo.

I can no longer access the central market from BlackDesert . It says “You cannot use this browser with the mobile Central Market. Please switch to a mobile browser.”. Which makes no sense to me sense I’m accessing it from BlackDesert itself.

The central market was the biggest draw of BlackDesert for me, and that no longer works.

App is a lot better. Can actually do more than before, no big problems.

Amazing app for black desert it have everything you need 5 stars, it only need the Spanish version and time

Was working fine, had to occasionally religion. Now I can’t access the central market so the apps pretty useless. Says I can’t use this browser with the mobile central market, but I’m using BlackDesert . So I have no idea what’s going on. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.

I love using the central market but it doesn’t have description of items!!! This is a must add for BlackDesert to be more successful. Also would like them to incorporate something like BDO planner so that you can plan your gear.

I’ve used BlackDesert for the longest. Just recently my central market has not been working. Does anyone know any fixes? Says has issue connecting to network & won’t load
