I was charged twice in the on the same card please refund double payment... payment through iTunes did not register my account had to do it through the online website. Please refund 6.99 charge. Also would not let me write support would not send ! Lots of problems may be cancelling subscription

BlackBox is horrible. Nothing works at all and when I say nothing NOTHING works. BlackBox wastes so much time. They make you put your information into BlackBox all for it to show you a trailer. I thought it shows you the whole movie. That's what I was told and shown before I downloaded BlackBox. Long story short, DELETE BlackBox. I'm so angry.

Please fix the loading time some movies don’t work

I like BlackBox but when yhu try to look up something it take to long to load . 🥺

All these movies should be playing , not freezing up or screaming when it’s not acting going to work.

I purchased a subscription a few months back because I saw that it was black owned. I’ve grown to regret it. The site won’t play movies from my iPad, I wrote customer support about the issue and never got a response. Then i tried BlackBox and its even worse, sound plays but no video and it takes forever to load. I’m trying to stick it out because I love the concept however, it’s been a disappointment and I’ll be canceling my subscription.

The website online is fine but BlackBox needs more work. BlackBox isn't good, I can't start watching the movies. The way it's set up online allows me to actually watch the movies.
I don't think BlackBox is racist I think BlackBox brings together decades of real African American stories. I'm pretty sure it is not anything personal

Overall BlackBox is great, wish there was certain shows that aren’t on there, the search load time is very long, but most importantly the interface isn’t in the aspect ratio of the latest iPhones

BlackBox needs a little of work and new movies but I like BlackBox

I can only watch maybe 1 out of 10 movies tried. It also never gives you a complete list. I love the movies I just can’t watch half of them. BlackBox needs work. Also the last month I have noticed that there haven’t been any new movies. Under new updates it’s the same movies as 8 months ago.

I think this is an amazing movie app it has VERY many movie and tv shows I love I just wish they did have more tv shows such as riverdale and things like that otherwise BlackBox amazing and you need to try it (BTW I’m not a robot I know what a crosswalk is😂)

BlackBox is really good has some of the newest movies but it needs more there not much movies that you’d like to watch other than that it’s great but please update BlackBox put more movies.

My only 2 complaints are that 1. The search take WAY to long to load and 2. a lot of the movies I want to watch aren’t there but I like it and so far so good

I thought it wouldn't work so I purchase a one month plain it works awesome for me had to go to there web site and activate work really good love it

BlackBox is very good, but when I tried to watch the hate u Give all I got was a loading screen that never loaded.

Why make it seem like you can watch movies with ads or purchase a subscription without ads. No one can be up front about anything you either pay or you don’t. Bs

It tells you that it's free. They ask for credit card info then tell you yup will be charged a monthly fee. You get it free for 5 days then you have to cancel. How often we forget to cancel a subscription and continuously be charged for services never used!!!!
The movies advertised are not available

BlackBox is crap. As soon as I made an account it started like it didn't want to work. I deleted it and downloaded it again. Still not working. I might as well have given the money I used to pay for BlackBox to some random stranger. I've pretty much been robbed. I'd like my money back please and thank you!

Tried to download BlackBox twice and each time there was a problem. First trying to watch a movie it said free trail has ended moments after the move started. Second time the movie would play but the volume doesn't work.

This is trash, it takes too long too load, why did I pay for this stupid app!!! I watched 3 movies and now it doesn’t load; this is nonsense. I want my money back!!!

BlackBox is not racist... The term "black box" is not referring to color, it used to be a
Word for illegal cable. Brush up on your facts before you go posting random crap.
