After updating and developing the bank's application on the phone
I had a problem with sending westernUnion remittances and I tried more than once and more than one country, but they always told me that there was a problem and contacted the administration and sent you a picture of the error
Please solve the problem urgently

Recently TIBOnline has been a disaster, you can not receive or send without getting tons of errors, you can not check you credit or send money to your Visa card..
And if you think to call customer services, their lines are busy 24/7

If you had the fastest internet in the globe, TIBOnline will tell you have a weak connection or whatever, it has been two months with same issues, I tried everything and it’s still the same.

Very unreliable and terrible experience overall.

حاولت اكثر من مرة اسجل حساب جديد لكن بكل مرة انتظر يصل كود التفعيل لكن دون جدوى

Very bad app . Customers care staff are not trained and have bad attitude.

الدبت كارد لا تعمل خارج العراق ولا تكدر تشتري بيها شي من النت ..

خدمة العملاء تعبانة كلش كلش كلش ، تروح للمصرف تنصلب الة يجي سراك ، شنو الحل والله ما اعرف صار ٢٣ مرة اتصل بالتطبيق ماكو موظف يقل ، عليمن كاتبين دعم للعشرة ؟

كل ما ادخله يكلي لايوجد شبكة مع العلم الشبكه موجودة وقويه اضافة لهالشي خدمة الفديو كول متشتغل وكل ما اسوي مكالمة يكلي مشغول

اكثر تطبيق بالتاريخ ينزلة تحديثات 👎🏽

Not working on my iPhone 6+

It’s not working, please fix the application

Sometimes stope suddenly for two days

When i tried to login my phone automatically restarts or the touchscreen suddenly doesn’t work

No registration

TIBOnline cannot make a reservation.
I tried different phones, uninstall then reinstall. It is the same.
Tech support don’t answer fir the last month!

Try another bank!

Unfortunately, the whole application stops working OR works with bugs while they work on update..

TIBOnline is not working for the past 3 days has alots of lagging and doesn’t open

Perfect bank , perfect services and kind staff unless the don’t have USD withdrawals only in baghdad and Erbil hope to open it in all branches and ATMs

1-ارجو اضافة خيار ايقاف البطاقة و خيار عرض الرقم السري الخاص بلسحب عن طريق atm
2-وايضاً اضاف فلاتر لعمل كشف حساب لعدة اشهر وليس لشهرين فقط و امكانيه التصدير بصيغة pdf

الرجاء لاصحاب المشاكل الاتصال على الرقم ٦٨٨٨
