Every time the Coupert thing pops up when I'm about to make a purchase it says I can get cash back so I click activate. I then finish my purchase and it shows no cash back!! This has happened a few times, can you help?

How to fix Coupert app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Coupert app on iPhone
Update Coupert app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Coupert iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Coupert on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Coupert network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Coupert not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Coupert App
1. On android, goto Settings » Coupert » click [Force Stop]

Update Coupert to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Coupert App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Coupert » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Coupert.

Fix Coupert unable to contact server/ Coupert internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Coupert » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Coupert » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
