I installed ARPlan . Opened ARPlan and it immediately crashed. I opened it again and it crashed again. I repeated this over 10 times and each time it crashed as soon as it opened.

Removed ARPlan and reinstalled it for giggles, it did the same thing. I’m calling ARPlan garbage because it just doesn’t work. Perhaps they should test their app before publishing them in ARPlan Store.

I wish I could recommend a better app, but I have yet to have luck with any of these kinds of apps.

It calibrates the floor, then asks for a corner. When you touch the screen to set that spot, ARPlan crashes. I can’t make a single measurement, no less a room plan.

Look, I get it. As a developer you are trying to lock in customers. Paying customers, not just users.

However, since I can't even try ARPlan before you slip the whole "click here and we won't bill if you cancel" thing on me, there is no value proposition for me.

I'll go explore alternatives.

First screen is asking me to lock into a free trial that rolls into $20/year if I don’t cancel the trial. Gross. Hate this kind of model.

I scan my first room, and before I see what I can do with it ARPlan asks me for a rating. Can ya give me a second to evaluate before asking? So I give it one star just to get it to leave me alone, but then REQUIRES me to submit the rating via email before proceeding.

No… You don’t get to have my email.

This kind of needy, intrusive behavior of apps needs to stop. So one star simply on principle. Don’t care if ARPlan is amazing at what it does. How can I possibly know while it keeps bugging me.

The idea is solid. But unfortunately ARPlan constantly crashes when starting a scan, to the point where I can’t even try it out. I would expect an iPhone 11 Pro Max would be able to handle this.

ARPlan launches fine and goes all the way to camera view, but then tells you to move your phone to calibrate. As soon as I move it around, it dumps me on the home screen. This happened all three times I tried.

I downloaded ARPlan to try it and immediately canceled not to be charged, but a few days later I was charged. I am disputing the transaction with my credit card hoping to get it back. Such a scam!!! Don’t download ARPlan .

Continues to crash. This is a joke for $90 a year!
My phone is up to date. Looks like the last version of ARPlan was over a year ago.

No warning as to the $95 charge after 3 days. Doesn’t work very well at all. They stole $95 of my hard earned money. Would never do business with this software developer ever again.

No other reviews here other than one well placed review so I thought I’d share my disappointment on here as a counter perspective. ARPlan is just like any others with ads attempting to make you pay 8.00 dollars to remove them. Why not just charge 8 dollars in the first place or a free 1 day trial?? ARPlan it self was extremely tricky to use and in the end was not accurate and clumsy to use on the fly. Basically making me enter in manual measurements to make up for its terrible interface. There are much better apps out there keep looking.

I downloaded ARPlan, didn't know how to use it and forgot to cancel, I don't want to pay $89 dollars for a product I've never used, I need help canceling this is to get my money back

AWFUL & painful to use plus crashes here there. Had to restart 4 times before it stabilized. To measure door it was very unstable. I had to try about 7 times before it captured doors.

Just another fancy app that claims to do useful things but just crashes. But can definitely give you plenty of ads before it does 👍🏼

ARPlan was easy to use, i was almost shocked at how i was able to measure my entire room in less than 40 seconds

Great app dont know if it’s worth the price yet I’ll let you know after 1 month of use.

ARPlan is easy to use and fairly accurate. Adding doors and windows is easy and the 3D view help you visualize the room.

It’s basically garbage. It doesn’t work at all.
